I haven't been in here in about 10years.It was disgusting.its really dirty.The tiles on the floor was dirty and missing.The meat slicer looks like it hasn't been cleaned all day..He just started slicing meat with out even cleaning the slicer... Customer service was not friendly at all.They need to close it down and remodel.And when you drive up it looks like there closed it so dark in the parking lot.And the doors to the building was so fogged up and dirty..Sorry just my opinion.I will never go back..😱😪

I went in and I had to tell the cashier 4 times what I wanted the ppl behind me were angry for me. I had to wait 30 minutes for 2 corned beef sandwiches. The food was great just the wait and service was unacceptable

Terrible!!! I use to always come here for a good cornbeef and it's not the same. For the price of the sandwich there is no way I should receive a sandwich full of fat. $40 for 2 sandwiches and we couldn't even eat it like a regular sandwich due to all the fat. Last time!!

My order was pastrami on rye with extra provolone there was hardly no meat and no cheese at all and they put lettuce and grilled onions on on white/wheat bread.no pickles or peppers. Very disappointed

I’ve been a customer of AP deli for years, today I order a corn beef sandwich which is what I always get, but today the corn beef was so dry and they didn’t put enough mustard on my sandwich, I will say I’m very disappointed.

Every time I come to Chicago, I stop at the Michigan Ave location. This is the 1st time at this location. Customer Service is so much better here. This is now my go to AP Deli from now on.

I don’t leave reviews but honestly good people need them… Cynthia is the best…she was awesome I only came for a sandwich but she made me feel like I ordered a steak lol…she was so sweet an loving even had a sign on the window that said don’t forget to smile!!! She need to be taking orders, she’s good, no attitude just wat customer service need
It was my 2 time in there the the lady and the black shirt I think she the manager and she make my day everytime I come in there she the best the mvp they have one of the best worker Cynthia luv her

I can’t believe I spent $51 on 3 sandwiches that tasted like cardboard! Tough hard fat absolutely ridiculous! I will never go back and will spread the word to everyone I know! No wonder nobody was in the parking lot. Wow they have really changed!
