I ordered my food and didn't know the merchant that uses the various services upcharges the cost of the food .The prices online do not reflect those if you order in person. The app Chow now states no service charge however I was charged $3.50 more and included the tax and tip bringing it to $17.19. When I arrived at the restaurant the cashier was unaware of my order, the price was $10.50. I told her I paid for it online and she stated they don't use the online service. I contacted Chow now, went back and forth for 30 min. The representative tried to call the restaurant but was unable to reach anyone. This is bad consumer information and fraud. Who took my money??? I have given it to my bank to resolve.

First, it should have never taken me THIS long to write this review. Their tacos are the best, well portioned each time. The catfish is great and the rice & peas and cabbage are made with love. This establishment is an hidden gem. Respect!

The food was ok but the service is notoriously slow, probably cause they wait until a customer gets there before placing order to the kitchen and then you have to wait for additional time regardless of calling ahead to order

The customer service at this restaurant was horrible I called a order in and was told 20 minutes pick up it took a hour I explained to the lady there that my lunch was over and that can I just have my money back because it took longer then what was told she told me no when I asked for the owner information she told me that she is the person to talk too. When I went back to work called and asked she for owner information or somone who I can call and talk to she says she is that person. She was rude and had a attitude out of this world and needs to understand customers service she never apologized or even try to fix the situation owner should be a available for situations like this I will no longer order or eat at this restaurant.

My colleagues and I have frequented this establishment many times over the years. Though every experience hasn’t been 100% it has never been this bad. The young lady at the window (claims she is the owner, yet refuses to give her name or contact details) was very disrespectful. When customers have a poor experience for the sake of your establishments reputation it’s always a good idea to try to smooth things over. That’s not what happen. She was combative and unprofessional, raising her voice and refusing to refund an order that was placed over an hour ago, but was still not ready. I’m sure my colleagues as well as myself will find another restaurant to frequent and support weekly. Your customer service will always speak louder than any meal you can prepare.
