I ordered on Doordash and when the guy pulled up with my order in a Petes grocery bag I was skeptical. The chicken was dry, the yams were rubbery(idk how they managed that) The mac n cheese was OK. The bread was old and hard and they forgot my sauce. ON MY LIST OF NEVER AGAIN

I had a frustrating experience with this restaurant that felt quite deceptive. After ordering two dinners through DoorDash, I received a call from the delivery person saying our order had been canceled, which was not the case. When I contacted the restaurant directly, they informed me that they had run out of food and insisted that I cancel my order. The manager, Aaron, was unprofessional, speaking loudly and making threatening remarks. He hung up on me twice when I requested that the restaurant cancel the order since they had no food available at 6:30 PM on a Monday. DoorDash explained that if either I or the dasher canceled, the restaurant could keep our money. Since the restaurant was at fault, they should have canceled the order to avoid this issue. By forcing me to cancel, I would lose $50 while they keep the payment without providing any service. This situation feels like a clear case of fraud.

I’m disappointed that I had to give this restaurant 1 star they deserve a zero. I spoke with a man who said he was the manager named Aaron. He was rude and constantly wanted to talk over you. My family spent close to 60.00 dollars at this restaurant. Only to have the dasher arrive and find out they ran out of food. Instead of canceling our order as they should have done,, this Aaron person tried to make the dasher cancel the order. Then tried to have us cancel the order. This way we would not receive our money back. After many messages to door dash we finally received our money back. The customer service is horrible and I firmly believe they were going to try to keep our money. What good restaurant runs out of food at 6:00 pm on a Monday night? Just go ahead and close your doors. I definitely will NOT go here again!

First and last time getting food from here, ordered 6 wing dinner with Mac and yams. Mac is nasty tastes like Kraft Mac and cheese which is disgusting I thought it was going to be baked. Yams are dry with no flavor. The rice was DRENCHED in gravy meaning all my chicken was soaked with gravy too… the chicken was BURNT to a crisp literally every piece was black. I bite into the chicken and the meat is hard too. The jerk sauce is SALTY. Overall just nasty and a waste of $20 I should’ve went to a better place

After waiting 35 minutes for a Ox tail dinner the person came to cashiers window with two plates. So I asked him what was in it. He said two 6 wings with sides. Just giving you food to get rid of you . They never said anything about not having the oxtails. So I requested a refund. Caribbean Jerk Vibe , is very unprofessional avoid it. They could be seen licking their fingers in the kitchen as I waited double time for my order. Not a good business!

The food is delicious and the customer service was great. I tried the jerk chicken mixed dinner with greens and mac. Both greens and mac taste like they got somebody Granny back there in the kitchen cooking. Fire and the chicken was juicy and flavorful. The kool-aid did not disappoint either. Since my 1st visit, I have been back twice, and they didn't disappoint.

Just had a very weird interaction with this restaurant. I arrived at 12 Noon on a Tuesday, door was locked. So I stood outside for awhile trying to get someone's attention Someone came to the door to let another person out, I asked if they were open and they said a one word response of no, then I asked if they were open at all for business, and to that they said they open at 1pm. I left and went to another restaurant for lunch. The sign out front clearly says 12 PM to 9PM, same for the hours shown on the Google business page. I'm giving a 1 star because that's how I felt about the service I received.
I decided to give e this a place a try since it's new and 5 minutes away from my house. I'm so glad I did. The customer service was great. And the food was so flavorful and good. Seriously the Mac and Cheese, Yams, Cabbage and Rice/peas. Sooooo freaking good. They actually season the food. Creamy mac and cheese, yams sweet but not overly sugared to death and whoever cooked that cabbage gots to be somebody great aunt with the thick arms it was seasoned so good. Now the chicken. I'm not typical. I despise big hormone filled chicken. I like regular small to medium sized chicken. So if you want gigantic wings the size of a grown man's hand, This ain't the place for you. They're chicken is on the small side and I ain't mad at it. However due to them being so small the pieces I got was a bit over done and a little dry. Now flavor wise it was all that and then some. Seasoned great and the spice was on point. So over all I enjoyed my meal and smashed every grain of rice in it. I will definitely be back to order some of the other entrees. My next one is the lamb chops. Can't wait.
