This Churches location has definitely gone down hill. The food was good, although I didn't get what I wanted. They are super slow, they barely had any chicken ready hence the reason I wasn't able to get what I wanted, and the wait times are ridiculous. I was in the store 10 minutes before my order was taken. They need to hire more people that actually want to work, who have a sense of urgency and some intelligence.

Sat there for 45 minutes or more waiting for my food. When I got home and began to eat the coleslaw was spoiled, the tenders were undercooked and the biscuits have no flavor. I tried to call numerous times but the staff won't answer the phone. You gotta love spending almost $40 on food that's inedible. What a waste of time and money.

I don't understand WHY COOPERATE HASN'T STEPPED IN because this isn'tthe 1st time .!!!!! Customer Service is absolutely non existent at this location! They don't take online orders after 830 pm yet at 815 i was not allowed to so i call and confirm they are taking orders via drive thru (BECAUSE I AM DISABLED) in which i was lied to and told yes ! Take a 15 min drive only to be told NO DRIVE THROUGH ORDERS AT 845 pm !!!! Absolute NONSENSE AND A WASTE TIME AND GAS !! I never made it to ordering my food thanks to their unprofessional staff 😕 !! I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS THERE AGAIN .**** COOPERATE PAY ATTENTION TO THESE REVIEWS AND FIX IT ! *****?*

Went to get biscuits and they weren’t done. They tasted terrible. Tried to cook them more to see if that would make them any better and it was a complete fail!!!! Super disappointed!!!!!!

Rude, nasty attiude having women. Supposed to be grown yet acts like little girls. VERY ARGUMENTATIVE, and willing to go back and forth to prove their ignorant point. They completely ignore you when you walk in, they dont care if you are standing at the glass. If you try and get one of their attention, theyll throw it off on the next person and say someone will be with you. Most of the time theyll walk by, and act as if they dont hear you. Its unacceptable to be spending money and helping them get paid to receive digusting service. Theyre mad when you order, mad when you ask a question. I dont see why this location is open. The complete lack of respect here is insane. Please reevaluate your visit unless you really want Churchs. Not to mention, I was picking up a Doordash thats already paid for ans ready. I hate this location with a passion.

Went on a Tuesday special the crew in the evening is awesome patient and pushing orders out with long lines inside and drive through special shout out to the lady in the drive through she controlled and ran it great under pressure with kindness and courtesy the manger definitely has and outstanding crew alongside herself…… To the owner please turn on air in Lobby…
