We were served at the drive thru window. When she handed us our food, it was squeezed through a very tight window and our containers of mashed potatoes and gravy and coleslaw were smashed and spilling out in the bag all over the place. If it wasn't for that, I would've given this place a higher score.

It's been 17 years since I've had Church's Chicken, however, this is my first time trying the rebranded chicken. Everything tastes just ehhhh. The spicy chicken was not spicy, no type of salt to make it pleasant tasting. Although the chicken is crunchy it's TOO BLAND. The biscuit is shiny and looks yummy, but, it wasn't. It tastes like cardboard. I ordered a side of four jalapeno poppers and they had just a slither of the pepper inside. Overall, I know the quality of fast food has fallen off tremendously, but, I was really hoping to get some good fried chicken that I could enjoy for dinner. The sweetened ice is decent and the apple pies are not too bad
Whelp--nothing beat a failure but a try. Play at your own risk.

Terrible. Was told 7 minute wait after standing at the wrong window and the lady not saying anything untill she did and made a rude comment. Anyway drivers are trying to earn an hourly wage. Waiting offsets that wage by a lot. WHy is the food never ready when drivers show up? This is my welcome to harvy. Amd the police here are psychopaths.

If you like to waiting in line for 40 minutes only to be told you have to wait 30 minutes to get your food in the smallest parking lot on the south side of Chicago, then this is a five star establishment. But in reality they need a complete revamp in staff, process and management. This place is an absolute cluster.
Every Tuesday you come to this location the lobby is closed for services you have to sit in driveway for 30 mins

The staff isn't the most friendliest but every time I have gone here, the food has come out super hot. The wait isn't typically long. I'm not a huge fan of the chicken. To me, it has a weird lighter fluid taste but the honey biscuit.... omg! So good! Only get them when they're warm. Otherwise they turn into Popeyes biscuits when cold lol.
Parking: Very limited parking spots. They have like maybe 5-6 on each side but the lot is small with the drive-thru area.
