We were served at the drive thru window. When she handed us our food, it was squeezed through a very tight window and our containers of mashed potatoes and gravy and coleslaw were smashed and spilling out in the bag all over the place. If it wasn't for that, I would've given this place a higher score.

It's been 17 years since I've had Church's Chicken, however, this is my first time trying the rebranded chicken. Everything tastes just ehhhh. The spicy chicken was not spicy, no type of salt to make it pleasant tasting. Although the chicken is crunchy it's TOO BLAND.
The biscuit is shiny and looks yummy, but, it wasn't. It tastes like cardboard. I ordered a side of four jalapeno poppers and they had just a slither of the pepper inside. Overall,...
