I just picked up a coffee order a iced cappuccino and I had a Mobil order that clearly stated I asked for butter pecan swirl in it and they put no butter pecan in it they gave me milk and turbo shot it tastes disgusting my money to the trash :(

I got the medium shaken Espresso And a taste milk I don’t taste the espresso in it. I asked him to remake it and they made it worse . And its extra a dollar than the other Dunkin that I buy from for example

Before you guys think this is just coffee bean it’s not. Not at all, this is straight bits of plastic. I took a sip and felt something in my mouth then dumped the whole coffee and there was just this at the bottom… how much was inside my actual coffee? I won’t be putting nothing else in my mouth today and if I end up in the hospital Dunkin’ Donuts will see me in court.

Purchased at large smoothie that’s $10 & it tasted like i ordered a strawberry snow cone the smoothie had way to much ice to the point I could not enjoy it I am extremely disappointed 😒

Dude, this Dunkin literally sucks. They made my cappuccino as a macchiato, and before they’ve made my chai latte a regular latte (which was also correct on the sticker), they constantly rush you and have attitude, I honestly don’t understand how hard it is to read things correctly especially when there’s multiple people inside working, like yall aren’t seeing your co workers mess up and correcting them 😭😭?? If I was there I would’ve said something but this drink was brought home to me. I’ve been working at a separate Dunkin for 3 years and I know how hard things can get, but this isn’t the first time these people have messed up and the service just seems SO half-assed like please guys when people are paying their money for items you can have the common decency to make them correctly.

I made a mobile order at 5:10 am today because it said they opened at 5:00am, and I got there to pick up my order at around 5:16 and I waited for a while at the drive thru but never got a response and when I drove up to the window, there was one inside. I saw my order on the screens but there wasn’t a single worker to be seen. I had to leave but I went back at around 5:45am and told them I was there earlier and I explained that no one answered and I didn’t get a single “sorry” (at least), and as I was checking my bag while driving off I realized they forgot an item, so I had to return AGAIN… I’ve worked in the food industry before so I know how it is, and I hate confronting people or being rude to workers but this was a horrible experience, please do better.

So on the 16th of January I went here as I always do and bought my iced cold brew with points and my sandwich with my card..at the window she said $7 and some change and took my card..I go to the gas station and as always check my card and bank balance and I see this woman has charged me almost $11 dollars...I tried calling the Dunkin but since a business has magic jack it doesn't even ring.. that's crazy..I found out they are a franchise I call Dunkin customer service and they said they would have the manager reach out to me but she hasn't so I'm going to go to the BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU NEXT if she doesn't respond and rectify why one of her workers would overcharge me for an egg sandwich that wasn't even good and the coffee tasted weird kinda chickory..so none of it was worth it

I ordered a frozen chocolate on 12/17/24 and it tasted like chemicals. This is second time this has happened at this location at 162 & halsted. So, I took my order back in and requested a refund the owner got upset and started insulting me which led to us having a heated argument. She is rude and racist. I will never go back there again.
This is one of the best run Dunkin's I've been to. The woman in charge is awesome!

This fast food establishment should be shut down due to serious health and sanitation concerns. I recall visiting during their construction phase and ordering a drink, but the environment was unsanitary. Additionally, flies were present everywhere, and their ice cream appeared old and untouched, which is disgusting. The conditions are unacceptable and pose a risk to customer health.
