I made a mobile order at 5:10 am today because it said they opened at 5:00am, and I got there to pick up my order at around 5:16 and I waited for a while at the drive thru but never got a response and when I drove up to the window, there was one inside. I saw my order on the screens but there wasn’t a single worker to be seen. I had to leave but I went back at around 5:45am and told them I was there earlier and I explained that no one answered and I didn’t get a single “sorry” (at least), and as I was checking my bag while driving off I realized they forgot an item, so I had to return AGAIN… I’ve worked in the food industry before so I know how it is, and I hate confronting people or being rude to workers but this was a horrible experience, please do better.

So on the 16th of January I went here as I always do and bought my iced cold brew with points and my sandwich with my card..at the window she said $7 and some change and took my card..I go to the gas station and as always check my card and bank balance and I see this woman has charged me almost $11 dollars...I tried calling the Dunkin but since a business has magic jack it doesn't even ring.. that's crazy..I found out they are a franchise I call Dunkin customer service and they said they would have the manager reach out to me but she hasn't so I'm going to go to the BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU NEXT if she doesn't respond and rectify why one of her workers would overcharge me for an egg sandwich that wasn't even good and the coffee tasted weird kinda chickory..so none of it was worth it

I ordered a frozen chocolate on 12/17/24 and it tasted like chemicals. This is second time this has happened at this location at 162 & halsted. So, I took my order back in and requested a refund the owner got upset and started insulting me which led to us having a heated argument. She is rude and racist. I will never go back there again.

This fast food establishment should be shut down due to serious health and sanitation concerns. I recall visiting during their construction phase and ordering a drink, but the environment was unsanitary. Additionally, flies were present everywhere, and their ice cream appeared old and untouched, which is disgusting. The conditions are unacceptable and pose a risk to customer health.
Drinks were not made right, bagel bites still cold in the middle, ordered everything and got plain. Ordered a bagel toasted with cream cheese, got a mangled bagel one side burned and a packet of cream cheese. I should have known better, nobody else at location the entire time I was there, apparently everyone in that neighborhood knew better...

They are alright but there's times where they all have an attitude and act disrespectful. One thing that annoys me though that I have never ran into in another dunkin is the fact that they never put the cream cheese spread on a bagel everytime I order it.
