Great and fast service!
But when you go early, around 4:30 a.m., there is only one employee working, so they close the lobby and only take orders through the drive-thru. Just sharing this for those who go on foot to buy their coffee.

They forgot the cream cheese on my bagel and it's burntš. Burnt on the outside and barely toasted in the inside. Literally disgusting. Didn't think I would have to check for that in the drive through. First time ordering here not really a Dunkin/breakfast person and it's going to stay that way. Waste of money don't order here.

The drive through cashier is very rude and usually has a attitude every day, perhaps she isn't a morning person and should make drinks / food and not greet your customers because she will cause people like myself to go to another location!! Didn't see her name but she works during the 7am time that I come through the line. Bring the other cashier back she was more professional and manerable in the AM.
People are paying $4 a cup of coffee. Stop reheating it and make a fresh pot at 9 p.m. reg AND decaf. We can tell. Stop it.

This is by far the worst Dunkinā Donuts Iāve ever been to. They constantly mess up my order, and the service is terrible. The big guy working the register was rude and unprofessional ā he had long, untrimmed nails and a runny nose with mucus dripping, which is completely unacceptable for someone handling food and drinks. The coffee was terrible, the food tasted nasty, and overall I was very disappointed. I will not be returning, and I donāt recommend this location to anyone.
Hit or miss on your coffee at this location. Sometimes my coffe is great and other times it's all watered down. I hope they retrain some of the staff correctly on the coffee again because this place is a convenient location for us. sometimes I feel like returning my coffee and causing a scene lol but then i come to my senses

I come to this Dunkin almosttttt daily . And for whatever reason when I order Ice Matcha they NEVER give me full cup . Before Id get it w cold foam which was already 70 cents more and Id thought maybe cause it melts but now for same reason never get cold foam anymore n they alwaysss rip me off for what I pay for . Its happened at least 4 times I been trying to upload the photos but dont see the option.

I just picked up a coffee order a iced cappuccino and I had a Mobil order that clearly stated I asked for butter pecan swirl in it and they put no butter pecan in it they gave me milk and turbo shot it tastes disgusting my money to the trash :(

I got the medium shaken Espresso And a taste milk I donāt taste the espresso in it. I asked him to remake it and they made it worse .
And its extra a dollar than the other Dunkin that I buy from for example

Before you guys think this is just coffee bean itās not. Not at all, this is straight bits of plastic. I took a sip and felt something in my mouth then dumped the whole coffee and there was just this at the bottom⦠how much was inside my actual coffee? I wonāt be putting nothing else in my mouth today and if I end up in the hospital Dunkinā Donuts will see me in court.
Purchased at large smoothie thatās $10 & it tasted like i ordered a strawberry snow cone the smoothie had way to much ice to the point I could not enjoy it I am extremely disappointed š
Dude, this Dunkin literally sucks. They made my cappuccino as a macchiato, and before theyāve made my chai latte a regular latte (which was also correct on the sticker), they constantly rush you and have attitude, I honestly donāt understand how hard it is to read things correctly especially when thereās multiple people inside working, like yall arenāt seeing your co workers mess up and correcting them šš?? If I was there I wouldāve said something but this drink was brought home to me. Iāve been working at a separate Dunkin for 3 years and I know how hard things can get, but this isnāt the first time these people have messed up and the service just seems SO half-assed like please guys when people are paying their money for items you can have the common decency to make them correctly.

I made a mobile order at 5:10 am today because it said they opened at 5:00am, and I got there to pick up my order at around 5:16 and I waited for a while at the drive thru but never got a response and when I drove up to the window, there was one inside. I saw my order on the screens but there wasnāt a single worker to be seen. I had to leave but I went back at around 5:45am and told them I was there earlier and I explained that no one answered and I didnāt get a single āsorryā (at least), and as I was checking my bag while driving off I realized they forgot an item, so I had to return AGAINā¦
Iāve worked in the food industry before so I know how it is, and I hate confronting people or being rude to workers but this was a horrible experience, please do better.
