On Sunday July 20th at around 9pm, an order was placed for two orders of legs & thighs and two italian beef sandwiches. We only received the sandwiches from the UBER eats courier. When we called restaurant to ask what happened, the woman who answered the phone was unprofessional and sarcastic. She said two different things. First she said the chicken went out. Later she said they never got the order in system despite the fact we were tracking two different orders to same address under the same courier. She didn't seem interested in correcting her mistake and her lies. Even talking to other customers in store before dealing with my call.

I've been to this restaurant twice before. I only purchased three-piece chicken leg thigh and wing and it was great both times. This last time was absolutely awful, disgusting and a waste of money. I ordered five wings dinner. The wings were so tiny and cooked so hard and dried out, the other order was a large catfish dinner. What five extra hard flavorless pieces of catfish french fries they could have kept. I was so surprised they really missed the mark. I will never return to this location

The people are very nice appear to be very friendly and kind never had any problems with the food except this one time the meal was salty so I took it back they gave me half of the order on the jumbo shrimp they put medium shrimp and 4 jumbo replaced it with 7 shrimp.just don’t order them and have to take it back if so just ask for a full refund if your order is not right

Waited 20 mins for some stale days old chicken that was tough as a rock with only two fresh pieces was charges for a wing and somthing else came out to 16 dollars and didn’t taste like that reall jjs I should have just went to church’s across the street

I dont know why they dont drop your chicken fresh when you request. The guy just said “ok” but didn’t do it. I work night shift and I'm 5 mins away. My order shouldn’t have been ready yet but i gave it the benefit of the doubt and thought “maybe it was already dropped”. What they did maybe was re-dropped but not freshly dropped. You can taste the difference and I have been here several times. It’s a hit or miss at this place

. P.S when someone ask for freshly dropped chicken, it means “they DONT MIND WAITING”. My hush puppies were burnt too. $15 waste. So annoyed.
