I ordered a fish sandwich combo add lettuce and onions and when I got the sandwich, it had neither onions or lettuce, and I was charged for barbecue sauce that I never received. The line was too long inside and out, and just didn’t even bother, ate it as it was and little disappointed.

I don't understand why the hell they get Doordash orders at 4am if they don't make my food until 5, the drivers come to pick up the food and end up canceling because they say they are closed

It takes nothing to be nice to people. This location is so close to home and every time I try to give them another chance they disappoint again. Tonight I went to drive through at 10pm and I guess there was a shift change. A lady yelled out something through the mic and I couldn't understand. She didn't respond when I said can you repeat. I had to go to the window for them to tell me they have a shift change and no cook is available and no one can cook the food. Always a reason for things not in order in this location. I understand the shift change even the no cook scenario but definitely be professional on how you reply to people. Ended go to the one in Pulaski and what a difference!!!
Night shift employees are always rude .If you get lucky they would prepare you food., most of the time the "system "is down after 10:30 or only doordash or uber eats order are accepted i use to come here all the time not anymore.. corp needs to put attention..

Fire everyone they say 24/7 but if u come here after 11 they eill not answer the drive through at all! Been like that for months who ever owns this location your staff is literally taking money put of your pockets
