Customer service here is damn near nonexistent. Several employees came to the front helping other customers, and never acknowledged me. When the order was handed me, I was telling the manager how this was the first time I was being acknowledged and this snotty little employee thought it was hilarious.

This is the worst McDonald's. I waited in the drive-thru for approximately 30 mins just to have my order taken. There were only 3 cars ahead of me in my lane. That is not FAST food. On top of that, my order was wrong.

The girl at the counter didn't know anything she took my points code but didn't give me the food she went and called the manager and She told me that I can't do anything about the points. Worst McDonald’s location I’ve ever been to. After waiting 20 mins and seeing multiple cars that I was ahead of leave with their order before me I finally decided to go in there and check on my order and it still wasn’t ready, really?! Not to mention the cashier said my code wasn’t going through even tho my app said it did, so got no points for this smh

The staff is playing around and not paying attention to the drive through or to the people trying to order today, today was the worse one yet the lady seen me there making eye contact and she did not even say where close its 10:29 pm its says its open 24 hours and there just ignoring every one i understand if they say sorry we close sorry we have no staff but for them just stand there and ignore is wild to me

This McDonald's needs a good manager. This is the second time I've gone there in the past 4 months and both times the service is horribly slow. Today we waited in the drive thru for nearly 6 minutes and no one ever came back to the window. We ended up going inside...still slow uncaring employees. The French fries taste horrible...the oil probably needs changing.This restaurant has been a staple in our community for decades. I'd hate to see it close. Come on people,get it together!

This is by far the worst mcdonald’s ever! Take the drive and go to the one in Midlothian for better service and avoid this mess. We were in the drive thru for mobile pick up for about 20 minutes and nobody bothered to greet us until my mom said hello and they said they were having technical difficulties. If that was the case they should’ve shut down the mcdonalds app so people like me wouldn’t pre order. My mom got upset and asked her why she couldn’t say that earlier and she got mad and gave my mom an attitude and told my mom she didn’t have to be rude when the whole time it was her that was being rude her name is cynthia supposedly. This is not the first time that something like this happens to us at this mcdonald’s last time we had also went in the night and they guy told us they weren’t taking any orders right now because of shift change which made no sense to us. Something needs to be done or shut this mcdonald’s down if they can’t have good customer service. Corporate will be hearing from my mom. AND GOD BLESS YOU CYNTHIA FOR GIVING MY MOM HIGH BLOOD PRESSURE!

This by far is the worst McDonald's I have ever been to. I tell myself I'm never coming to this location again just to return a year later always and they further disappoint. The wait time is always ridiculous, the food order is wrong 90 percent of the time, and God forbid you try to order food anytime past 9pm. They will leave you waiting at the window or in line for 20 to 30 minutes just to tell you they aren't serving food or it's shift change no matter what time of the night it is.
They never got no workers in the morning and always talking about wait.
