Poor customer service. As you approach the drive thru, there is a sign that states blow horn for service. After blowing several times without an answer, a man approached from his personal vehicle rushing us to take our order. Very unprofessional with the customers as well as with the staff. Ordered jerk tacos with fries, which used to be a meal 3 jerk tacos and fries. Now it's 2 tacos and you are charged additionally if you add fries. The taco shells were warmed in the microwave, the chicken was cold, and the fries were soggy. The cashier was not friendly either. They increased the prices but the quality of the food is terrible. Never again!

I ordered the stuff turkey leg about a month ago and it was hot and delicious I will order again. I have 3 stars because I been reading the reviews and don’t like how the owner replies to the people comments. If they had a bad experience you shouldn’t reply in a nasty way you should just try and make their next visit better. This is the reason most black businesses not supported.
