The food and customer service was top tier. I needed to order 50 pieces of chicken at the last minute. They were very accommodating and even carried the food out to my car. The chicken was fresh and everyone was very pleased!

Just avoid this place. I've been in Chicago for 30 days. Seasoning goes on chicken BEFORE you cook it. Not just lemon pepper after it's done. Okra was fried too hard and had lemon pepper even though I asked not to put anything on the okra. The patrons inside were menaces to society.

They have mice and roaches in the place the inside of the restaurant smells horrible then they have the nerve to have horrible customer service.. now I’ve had 5 bad experiences here and I use to work there and even then working there was horrible.. I’ll be glad when the rodents infest place shut down.. and I will be calling the health department and sharks corporate

This establishment is among the finest places in town for fish and chicken. Their catfish fillet seasoned with lemon pepper is simply irresistible. Additionally, the chicken wings and tenders are outstandingly good. Coupled with fantastic service, it’s a must-visit spot!
