Little Caesars Pizza

Every time I order from this location, they fail to send my soda. I just received an order and once again...nothing to drink. When I call they ask if I want to come and get it another time. How does that help me now? I guess it is my fault for continuing to order from this place. Customer service is a thing of the past.

Charged us for a pizza when we ordered only bread sticks.

Terrible service! I ordered pizza and the estimated delivery time was 60–70 minutes. I ended up waiting over two hours and never received my order. The delivery time kept changing without explanation, and there was absolutely no communication from the restaurant or the driver. I was completely ignored. No updates, no apologies — nothing. Wasted my time and ruined my evening. I do NOT recommend this place to anyone. Absolutely unacceptable experience. And after I waited over 2.5 hours for my order, and after getting no response from the this place, I gave up and canceled it. Despite that, they still charged me and eventually delivered the food — long after I stopped waiting. And to make things worse, what I received was completely Wrong order. Half of my order was missing, and the other half wasn’t even what I ordered. This is beyond disappointing — I will never order from here again.

We ordered 30 pizzas for a school dance. They were ready on time, and were hot in the boxes. It was easy to order ahead, pay, and pickup. At 5:30 on a Thursday night, there was plenty of parking in the lot.

The pizza and the service at the store were very unpleasant, not recommended.

Was standing waiting for my order for 15 extra minutes usually I don’t mind because things happen but when my pick up time was at 6. For the employee to tell me 15 minutes later sorry we don’t have wings what do you want to do? You mean to tell me I been standing here waiting for my order when you guys don’t even have it and I could have been told this when I walked in and you seen my order.

This was the worst little Ceasars I've ever had. They forgot half my oder, including part of a combo and the food was cold! When I called to ask about the issues, no one answered. This was 2 hours before they closed so this was so unacceptable. I love little Ceasars but I won't be ordering again.

Ordered my food it was good and on time no issues workers are friendly will be coming back

Great Customer service and speedy pizza! It seems like they're under new management, definitely give them a try. Good Cheap pizza, what more could you want!

First time ever here and never coming back, the lady was yelling at her manager about me in front of everyone because there was a glitch in the system with my order. After her crazy antics I still ended up buying the pizza. But what pizza? It was the thinnest, greaseased thing I've ever laid eyes on. You couldn't taste anything or see anything but grease. The box even had huge grease spots EVERYWHERE. Do plbetter. Get better people, training them customer service and train them to not give out products that aren't to there standards. Good luck anyone who goes in. You might get a whole spiel and yelled at while you pick up your grease.... horrible woman working will be calling corporate.

It's basically what you'd expect from Little Cesar's. Predictability is their main advantage.

I thought it’s supposed to be hot and ready… more like cold and not ready!

This used to be one of the better locations but it fell off big time. Past couple of orders were terrible. First order was paper thin in the center and dough was literally raw. Second order was undercooked again but not as bad as the first time.

Didn't expect much, but expected better than this.

They normally close at 10pm never had an issue at this location. Came in today 9:23pm lady closes door on my face rudely no explanation no nothing
