Great service, but the store was empty with no merchandise on display and no pizzas were ready. Whatever happen to hot-n-ready?

Messed up an order asking for half sausage. They put it on the entire pizza. Had to wait 15m and then it was as though they rushed it as it wasn’t completely done. Not ordering here again. Also as stated below, the phone number isn’t to the actual location. I was on hold for 25 minutes before I finally hung up.

What happened to lil caesars its like every location you walk into now their employees look like zombies, takes 10 people to make a pizza and nothing is ready always a wait, what happened to hot and ready!?!? Very disappointing lately.

I had order my pizza and there system was done and the guys making the Pizza were so nice and friendly and kept everyone calm while there system came up. Will definitely save as favorite place for fast

Normally our family loves Little Caesars and order often. We were trying to order from the one in Hanover Park and when we placed the order it transferred our order to this one. My fiance tried calling the number right away so we can cancel and replace the order at the correct location. When we called we got a general ordering line where they told us they can't cancel the order and we had to be transferred to the store, my fiance sits on hold for 20 minutes before the line just disconnects. He calls back right away and explains the situation again and how the line disconnected and the employee told us that, that can happen and if it does to just call back. They again say they cannot cancel the order and transfer us to the store, where we sit on hold for another 25 minutes when the line again disconnects. We call back for a 3rd time and the employee again tells us they can't cancel it and we have to talk to the store. We know that if the food is made they will charge us for it and the employee agrees that is what would happen. This is the worst customer service I have experienced in a long time. It should not be that difficult to cancel an order immediately after placing it. I can't say we will be ordering again or recommending Little Caesars any time soon.

The only reason I give this place 5 stars is the beautiful young lady Jordana. She was the only one who knew how to take an order, and helped me decide what to get. I never tried Little Caesars until now, and I can not emphasize how much I love this pizza. She gave me the warmest one on the shelf. When I came across the counter, she welcomed me with the warmest smile that made my day. There was another girl working but she did not pay attention to me. If you go to this location, ask for Jordana she will attend you to the best of anyones ability.

Had an order delivered today. Paid for additional items but they did not inform the driver and said you can pick them up yourself. The lady answering the phones is beyond rude. She’s like well not my problem you can call your door dasher delivery driver and have him come back. We will never order from this location again.
