Little Caesars Pizza

I’m not very happy right now. We needed something fast for dinner and we decided on little Caesars pizza pizza! Isn’t that their slogan? This was definitely not good at least for me. Maybe it’s good for children because they don’t know any better What’s good pizza and what isn’t.
This pizza was dry no sauce on it and in my opinion, downright horrible!
You order online and you go to their pizza portal and put in a number and pops out your order. OK I get that. It’s fast. It’s easy you go in your order is ready. You don’t need even need to communicate with anyone. This was definitely not worth it and I don’t care if it was free. I like to think I’m usually pretty fair and reasonable and I thought well maybe I’m having a bad night and this made it worse.
Even their crazy bread was dry and hard.
Maybe it wasn’t me having a bad night maybe it was the pizza cook, because obviously something went wrong with this order. Now here’s the real question would I go back absolutely not!!!!!

I am in Riverside, Illinois. I ordered a sausage pepperoni pizza for delivery to my house. Not only was the pizza very good, but also very fast. Win win for me. Yaaa . . .!!!

This establishment always tey and get you right out they work extremely hard and they are one of the best little Caesars in town they take care of the customers any issues with your order they try and fix it .

This is the worst Little Cesars I have ever been too. The two girls at the front making the pizza are careless. The pizza is horrible do not go !!!

Garbage pizza. Pizzas are dry, burned and cold!

Nasty, no sauce and someone’s hair in the pizza so if you want to eat that go ahead! I called no apology or anything, ignorant worker!

I always ordered from this location and was never dissappointed, the only downsides is sometimes they forget to give you crazy sauce whenever you order the Crazy Bread and Sauce combo so bear in mind you have to remind them to give you the crazy sauce if they forget. The other downside is sometimes the pizza can be a tad bit undercooked depending on which one you order. Otherwise you can't go wrong with ordering from this location, highly recommend!

Every time I order from this location, they fail to send my soda. I just received an order and once again...nothing to drink. When I call they ask if I want to come and get it another time. How does that help me now? I guess it is my fault for continuing to order from this place. Customer service is a thing of the past.

Charged us for a pizza when we ordered only bread sticks.

Terrible service! I ordered pizza and the estimated delivery time was 60–70 minutes. I ended up waiting over two hours and never received my order. The delivery time kept changing without explanation, and there was absolutely no communication from the restaurant or the driver. I was completely ignored. No updates, no apologies — nothing. Wasted my time and ruined my evening. I do NOT recommend this place to anyone. Absolutely unacceptable experience. And after I waited over 2.5 hours for my order, and after getting no response from the this place, I gave up and canceled it. Despite that, they still charged me and eventually delivered the food — long after I stopped waiting. And to make things worse, what I received was completely Wrong order. Half of my order was missing, and the other half wasn’t even what I ordered. This is beyond disappointing — I will never order from here again.

We ordered 30 pizzas for a school dance. They were ready on time, and were hot in the boxes. It was easy to order ahead, pay, and pickup. At 5:30 on a Thursday night, there was plenty of parking in the lot.

The pizza and the service at the store were very unpleasant, not recommended.

Was standing waiting for my order for 15 extra minutes usually I don’t mind because things happen but when my pick up time was at 6. For the employee to tell me 15 minutes later sorry we don’t have wings what do you want to do? You mean to tell me I been standing here waiting for my order when you guys don’t even have it and I could have been told this when I walked in and you seen my order.

This was the worst little Ceasars I've ever had. They forgot half my oder, including part of a combo and the food was cold! When I called to ask about the issues, no one answered. This was 2 hours before they closed so this was so unacceptable. I love little Ceasars but I won't be ordering again.
