The drive thru lady was very rude, impatient, and yelled at us, and she forgot to put a part of our order on, but there was a man who was at the drive thru who helped us fix the order and was much nicer. So overall we were a pretty mad at first but hes the only reason why I have it 3 stars instead of 1

May 12, 2025 6:43am the managers and the employees are super nasty and ugly vibe and energy compared to the tall guy supervising there is amazing but 1st. I order table service indoor with a number and call out it out for me to get it, then right after called a dude without a table order and it's not packed then 2nd served me and forgot my hashbrown so I sit down ad off the back in Spanish I should go outside I smell like weed like she ignorant and not relizes its a job not her home. Which is so sad 😔

I see people defending this place. Saying things like it's hard to work fast food. So pathetic. Received better service from high school kids here back when they used to work jobs like this. This location has gotten worse and worse over the years. This location struggles to listen and serve the right order. There are plenty around this area. They are all better.
Seems like the downward trend that is Chicagoland. Keep lowering the bar people.

I do use the mobile app, however, not all customers is the app and the people on the bag phones start by saying will you be using the mobile app today. I find this disrespectful. Furthermore, I world believe that those of us who use the app do NOT need any promoting and waste my time asking as such.
This is the first time everything was right. The burger was good quality and tasty. The employees are friendly and the service is quick. Thank you for providing an excellent customer service experience!

My favorite McDonald’s! Everyone is so helpful and seems to care about their job on the morning shift and evening shifts. The only McDonalds that seems to cook fresh food. Occasionally, results in a delay, but it’s worth the wait! Employees seem to get along and even enjoy their job, which is rare these days! Keep up the good work Harwood Heights McDonald’s ?
All other McDonald’s pale in comparison, due to the great employees!
