Yesterday around 8pm I ordered an Iced coffee using the McDonald’s app it was paid and everything and they took 30 minutes just to give me my Iced coffee this is ridiculous

My wife and I have been stopping in to get chicken nuggets and shakes Saturday nites for the us and our kids for a couple years now. The last few times are good has been over cooked. It's just chicken nuggets. How hard can it be. Don't over cook your customers food, that is if you really care about your customers. I think it's time to find another late nite snack somewhere else.

3 times I ordered food and 3 times the chicken strips were over cooked and solid as a rock. I asked the last 2 times for my food NOT to be over cooked. I was asked to wait by the entrance thinking ok in getting fresh cooked chicken. But that wasn't the case. There were 2 cars in the drive thru and I was 1 of them. I don't know what happens after 10 PM but who ever is cooking the food there needs to be retrained. 9/27/25. I will avoid this location after 10 PM from now on, sad really I did like a quick late night snack after work.

Absolutely horrible rude manager on 9/9/25 around 10:06pm. I asked for very light ice i see the work give me more than half a cup of ice. I mention to the lady worker that too much ice please take some out. Then im getting yelled at by an elder man in a white shirt im assuming the manager. Absolutely horrible to get yelled at disrespectfully over ice. I took my drink and will never go to this location again. So rude horrible staff.
