Drive thru needs to improve in taking overs. Both my wife and my sandwich orders were done completely wrong. But I'm just glad I park in the lot to eat. If not, I would've had gotten home, and I would've been passed.

They didn’t put a bottom bun on my Quarter Pounder. This employee must be challenging the lowest bar on the scale of human incompetence. During the day the service is better, avoid at all costs during night.

Went through the drive up. Got a Big Mac meal. When I got home my Big Mac had no lettuce or onions on it. I called to let them know. It took forever for someone to answer the phone and the man who did answer did not speak english. So he could not understand what I was trying to tell him. Just seems like the cook should know what goes on a Big Mac if they work at McDonalds…..
