I really wanted some good fries, so I opened the box with fries and I saw barley any fries, I really wanted something I payed for

I’m not sure where to start with this review. Today, I placed a mobile order for inside pick up. Upon pick up, the “catering coordinator” handed me the bags with food and I prompted her that I was missing the shake that was sitting on the counter in front of her. So I took the shake and did a quick scan of the bags at the table area. Got home only to find out I was still missing food (onion rings). I turned around and head back to the store and told the same woman what I was missing and her response was “go tell the pick up counter”. Got my onion rings and went home to the soggy fries and a cold burger (at this point) waiting for me. The entire interaction, this woman came off as rude and dismissive. Unfortunately, this is not the first rude interaction I’ve had with this employee where I have been missing food from our order on numerous occasions. I understand that working in a restaurant can be hectic and busy but this is not an excuse for the continuous issues this location has. Every other location I have visited does not seem to experience the same issues this one does. As someone who has previously worked for Portillo’s and understands the company’s expectations for customer service, I can assure you this location is not operating as it should.

Best burger I've ever had. Double bacon cheese burger. I have yet to try something else. I always get same things.Great cheese fries. Fun & Friendly staff

Portillo is always a great place to eat , this location is one of the best. The food service and atmosphere is fantastic!!

Delicious, idk if I have any complaints about any portillos anywhere, but this one didn't know how to make a root beer float. The manager got someone yo fix it right away!!!

No One outside to take orders tonight - its cold I get it.
