If I could give this location a zero I would!!! Staff was rude and turned the lights off on the dining area while my group n several others were still eating. Food was cold and not fresh!! If u can drive to the location on Addison plz do!!!!

Went to pick up a delivery order that was placed at 624pm I got there at 635, when I told the lady the name for the order she had an attitude said they just got the order and pickup is now 645pm. I waited for the order while the worker was outside smoking.At 645 I went in to pick it up and now she says they are waiting for fries. This lady has worked there for at least 5 years I know this because I've been going in there for deliveries she has made mistakes plenty of times and ALWAYS has an attitude. If you order from this portillos ensure your order will be very late or not delivered at all. You would be better off ordering from the portillos in rosemont for much better service and kind employees the harwood heights location has been a terrible location since they opened.

I ordered a jumbo hot dog, large fry, Italian beef sandwich, and a vanilla milkshake. The fries were great but overall, I enjoyed the milkshake more than food. The beef lacked flavor. This location has lots of seating and the employees are super sweet.
