This is the 2nd time here the first was lack of customer service this time I showed up at 9:10 am sign shows open @9 and knocked at the window to ask if they were gonna open she just looked at me and ignored me til I left this location is a sad representation of subway and needs to be reworked …. If you hate your job don’t work at a customer based environment

DO NOT GO TO THIS SUBWAY LOCATION! They are rude and very cheap. The lady counted my jalapeños for my foot long, when I asked her if I could have more jalapeños she told me no because they’d have to charge me extra and said it should only be 6 jalapeños per foot long. I’ve ate subway for years and have never heard of this. She also told me do not come back no more.

Ive always gone to subway and I usually just get a couple scoops of tuna cuz I can't eat bread. The lady told me she wouldn't sell me just two scoops of tuna. I have brought it at different locations many times but this one she just refused. She was very rude and not professional or nice at all. I went last Friday and picked up a tuna foot long sub at the Harlem location. Enjoyed it. Decided to go back tonight to the same location with a coupon. As I mentioned, Subway is not a place I frequent. I don't frequent many fast food joints as I'm a terrific cook. I ordered the foot long tuna sub and when I gave the owner/manager the coupon, he said "we don't take coupons. We haven't taken coupons in 3 years". It's posted over there. Rings up the sub at full price and in that split second, I decided you know what....I would have paid full price, but his disgusting, demeaning attitude made me stop and say, "I don't want it". I turned and said, "sorry". His reply was, "open your eyes". Well my eyes are open. Will NEVER go there again and I hope all of Ridgewood High School NEVER goes there again!!!THE BEST SUBWAY LOCATION IS 5050 N. CUMBERLAND AVE!!!*** THEY ACCEPT COUPONS!!! ***

I've gone to this subway many times years ago and never had a problem. Great service and food. Haven't visited in years and went back, some of the same faces still work there, same great service and food. A place I've trusted for years

Went in yesterday to try the Boss. My 11 year old daughter loves Meatballs and pepperoni. I asked to use the washroom. The thin older gentlemen said if the door was locked it is dirty. I was confused by this????. It was locked so I held my need to use the restroom.She wanted another one today. Same guy. I asked if the washroom is clean yet. He smirked.He just doesnt want to let anyone in. This time I had my daughter in tow. She had to use the restroom. He said it is still dirty.He was lying.Makes me think though, if the bathroom is dirty for 48 hours do I really want to trust them with preparing my child's food? No I do not.I walked out and I will not be returning. This is a low budget operation with low class employees. The franchise lost a regularcustomer. I just deleted the app. Uggh.
