what's the point of ordering burrito dippers when they forget the sauce????? or chips and cheese when they forget the CHIPS???? just straight up carelessness. the lack of management really shows!

This place is really slow at making your food. Especially when you go inside. They prioritize the drive thru and you end up waiting forever for something really simple.

If I could give no star, I would. Forgot food in our pick up order AND our delivery order to re-order the food that was missing the first time. Same food forgotten twice! Then hung up on me when I called to complain about the missing food items. Then didn’t answer when I called back multiple times. Terrible customer service!!!

Just went through the drive through ordered a chicken enchilada burrito and two stackers. Not a complicated order very simple. Man rang up the chili cheese burrito. We corrected him and he said yeah twice but the screen never changed.. And again we confirmed at the window before he could charge our card that it was a chicken enchilada burrito and he said say yeah yeah yeah. We were charged incorrectly 3.29 on the recipt for a chili cheese burrito when the chicken burrito is 2.89 hoping they put the chicken one in the bag and the man confirmed chicken burrito. Charged and got the wrong burrito after confirming 3 times and on top of that it was gross and salty. Don't order through drive through.

11pm Saturday night. Super hungry. Got the tacos supreme. EXCELLENT, really! Really fresh, parts that were supposed to be cold and crisp were, and the hot parts were just right too. Service at drive through was very friendly. This is my new go to!

Ordered chilli cheese burritos off of uber eats and they look like this ! I tried calling the store and speaking to a manager they gave me the run around and said she was “busy” and eventually hung up on me I was on the phone with various people but only got one name from a regular crew member named “Sebastian” I tried calling again and they picked up but no one was talking this is extremely unprofessional and rude considering I can’t go to the Taco Bell to resolve this since I just got home from the hospital please I need the store manager or any manger to reach out to me

Can you please tell me why the food Taco Bell food never looks like what they advertise.
We ordered a couple of their three dollar steak burrito and chicken burrito.
And a couple other items. It was a total disappointment. The burritos were runny all smooshed together like they just didn’t care. But in all fairness, I should’ve known better. You can’t get much for three dollars
especially a burrito.
Now here’s the real question would I go back?
I should’ve got a taco fresco!
