I've been tracking since, and if I hadn't called the driver, I would never have known my meal wasn't going to be delivered. I called the restaurant, and they said they still had my food. 5:00 pm. Things happened, but not notifying the consumer was poor customer service. Ordered at 3:32pm. Next time notify the customer, so we can make other arrangements. Thanks.

Wings are fine, fries are great, but don't order drinks. It's carryout only now, with the drink fountain behind a counter and they will make your drinks 15 minutes before the food is ready and it's so watered down and completely flat.

My stop at WING STOP on Harlem, Norridge, IL was delightful!! Outstanding service! Mayra had a perfect lunch deal for my budget, before I was walked out! Due to the the change of the wing special on Tuesday! Mayra was so patient and friendly with the assistance of Ranulfo! Also, a very clean cooking and prep areas! 5 Stars @

There's just something about Wingstop. And that something is convenience.
It's never going to be the biggest or best quality wing you'll ever have, nor will it have the best flavor or carry the most heat. But it's so consistently acceptable and when you pair that with the convenience, you get a winning formula.
We usually get boneless, partly because it's cheaper, but I've also found that the traditional wings don't tend to wear the sauce and carry the flavor as well here.
There are plenty of flavors here to pick from. (Not as many as Buff-WW for those keeping count.) Most sauces here are kind of runny and watery in consistency, so they're better on boneless wings or even to serve as dips themselves. There are also some very unimpressive dry rubs to choose from as well. Overall the sauces are just average flavors at best without a true standout.
Speaking of standouts here. The Ranch. What is it about Wingstop ranch that slaps the way it does? I'm not the worlds biggest fan of ranch, but Wingstop absolutely takes the gold medal trophy for best ranch in my book.
The fries here are also very good. I don't believe they're fresh cut in store, but they are fresh cut. They dont need cheese either, dont bother with that.
I'll continue to be a customer for Wingstop. I do also strongly recommend placing orders online to benefit from the bundles they have on the site.
I bought 10 lemon pepper wings Bottom was really oily, little seasoning can be seen, wings didn’t taste lemon pepper.

I placed an order on the app today at 8PM on a Saturday. Surprisingly, it was ready for pickup at the time the app showed me despite being a big order. The wings were fresh and flavorful. I got all my sides. I’m satisfied with the service.

Had my fiancé order us food online. He went to get the food and they told him that SOMEONE TOOK OUR FOOD??? They refused to give us a refund and said “we can offer a free drink but our soda machine is down. THEN GIVE US A PARTIAL REFUND. They had the audacity to ask him for our verification yet let someone walk out with our food without having to show verification. So ridiculous. If you want to have your food stolen, go to this Wingstop since they’ll let anyone walk out with your food.
