I tried to use my app for a free big hot ham sandwich which takes 300 points. I have over 1,200 points. Ms Kelly usually frees out the sandwich bcuz app never works for big ham. This shift manager, not ms Kelly, is always rude n has an attitude. She said she was not going to free the sandwich out. She says Hardee's and the app r separate things. The Hardee's app has nothing to do w Hardee's n Hardee's has nothing to do with the Hardee's app. I will not be back anytime the blond haired shift manager is working.

ordered 2 apple turnovers and the cook screwed it up 3 times!!.. I left with nothing and this will be the last time I patronize this place. Everytime a problem or extremely slow service.

Too expensive and too long to wait in the drive thru. Speaker sucks at the havana location. But they don't screw up the orders as bad as Mc Donald's does.

Parking: Extra parking on three sides. Blessing at a busy restaurant.
Kid-friendliness: Plenty of room and seating options (chair, booth and lounge)... Even outside patio out back that has been cleaned up an outdoor furniture placed. Great for kids with pets.

After waiting 10 min or more in the drive through, the cashier came out and apologized and said that they forgot to prepare my steak biscuit. The biscuit was so dry and old. I ordered hashbrowns and they were NOT warm whatsoever. I ordered milk and was given 1%. That is not milk. There were not any customers.
