Waited 12 minutes in the drive through for a single mcchicken. Received one soaked in mayo and with a somehow burnt steamed bun… wow.

This place sucks here in Havana they should've gave me extra packets of picante sauce then instead of two when asked and same with the syrup or butter to be hoggers give people what they want since they have to pay for it, if they ask it just go and order more packets and stuff bullcrap and ur damn pancakes suck not coming here again bullshit. Some nice workers there feel bad for them. Wish they brought breakfast back all day like they had years ago this is horrible thanks.

EVERY time I go they mess up my order or my sandwiches look like someone stomped on them, I work late shift so this is my dinner usually, would you like to work 8 hours and look forward to something only to have it 1. Take TOO long 2. Be wrong 3. Looks like someone sat on your food

Walked in at 6am, 4 people working in lobby. At 6:13 decided to order for myself at kiosk. Got my sandwich handed to me at 6:25. I happened to glance at the time on the sticker they put on your bag. Stated 6:18. I wondered why she stuck it on the counter, before my food was made…. See, she covered herself for taking so long. Thats fine, it was my last visit.
