Went thru drive thru today at 2:00 pm, the service was excellent - I don’t know the names of the people that I interacted with but huge shout out- it’s rare to get great service from both windows! The guy that worked 1st window , the manager that assisted with my order, and the younger woman who worked second window - you were on point today - I’ll have to remember to come thru this time of day more often ! Thank you for an excellent customer experience \\ (•◡•) /

I spent an hour and 20 minutes here with a curbside order and was not even able to park in curbside that’s not my issue. My issue is the manager asked me three times what my order was he knew already what I needed and then when I called them because I’m curbside, my husband and children were out in the car I shouldn’t have had to of gotten out. They proceeded to tell me that I didn’t even have an order in proved. I paid and talked to the manager three times I expect to see my money back in my account sincerely, a customer out of many who walked away today I seen somebody wait over 30 minutes for one large fry

Went today and got a double quarter pounder with cheese only..I went to take a bite and blood was running down it. Wasn't even cooked at all. Only thing that was somewhat edible was the fries and they still sucked.

Morning crew here is great had the nicest cashier at the window I believe her name was autumn just don’t go here at night the food will always be messed up.

Went through the drive through at 9:22 pm nobody else in the drive through. Was told to pull forward no more cars came through didn’t get my food until 10:07. Cheeseburger meal with a sweet tea.
Food was like warm didn’t get all of our food and had to pull forward and wait ten minutes with no one behind us

Put one star because zero wasn't an option. Pulled me forward both times I was there once for a mcgriddle and hasbrown waited 10 minutes had to go inside to get my meal. Tonight got pulled on a number 7 meal. Both burger buns were hard as rock like they sat in the warmer since noon. They did pull it down and load it with diced Onion for me though thanks for that. Peace out
