Went thru drive thru today at 2:00 pm, the service was excellent - I don’t know the names of the people that I interacted with but huge shout out- it’s rare to get great service from both windows! The guy that worked 1st window , the manager that assisted with my order, and the younger woman who worked second window - you were on point today - I’ll have to remember to come thru this time of day more often ! Thank you for an excellent customer experience \\ (•◡•) /
Been going there a few years and there is always a good team of young employees providing good service . Of coarse the elders are great as well which says a lot about the entire staff. Keep up the great work and thank you for the continued service.
It seems like there are 2 crews working: an A team and a D team. I really hate catching the D team. I don't understand why there is a lack of consistency and why kitchen staff can't seem to read tickets. I've worked in fast food; it's not that hard.
