Hot and fresh as always. This is a perfect place for a stop and a meal. Staff was very friendly. It was a great resting place fir the drive from Galesburg to Springfield. Have used it 2 time and plan to again on our next trip south.
Ok so my luck with McDonalds (Pekin Locations) and order accuracy has been well below par. However the staff and overall speed and efficiency at the Havana location has redeemed a bit of hope that there still are locations that address customer satisfaction as their #1 striving goal. Went thru drive thru today at 2:00 pm, the service was excellent - I don’t know the names of the people that I interacted with but huge shout out- it’s rare to get great service from both windows! The guy that worked 1st window , the manager that assisted with my order, and the younger woman who worked second window - you were on point today - I’ll have to remember to come thru this time of day more often !
