Stopped for the buffet and there was little to no pizza available. I asked if they were bringing more out the said yes and after another fifteen minutes I left hungry. I got three small pieces for 16.00 plus.i guess it maybe ok if you want to wait an hour. I could have gotten one from Casey a lot faster.

Need more of a variety for the buffet. It's the same kinds every time. And the pan pizza crust not just the thing crust. Makes it to hard for some to eat.
Ordered delivery, food never came, 10 mins after it was supposed to arrive I called only to be told the delivery driver never showed up. After picking up food it was warm at best and not at all appetizing.

I never write reviews, but I am still processing the cost of our meal. Food was great, but insanely expensive. They do not have specials, no prices listed anywhere, and I was told they do not honor online pricing. I was blindsided by the price of our order. $86 for two large pizzas, large order of breadsticks, and charged me over $2 for a cup of ice water for my toddler and rang it up as a soft drink. We had to ask for refills and napkins and our pizza was incorrect. Told the waitress and there was no apology. We will not be back.

June 21, 2024 : I own a carpet cleaning business that cleaned the Havana Illinois Pizza Hut location on March 25, 2024. They are stiffing me for my work. I don't do net 30 or net 60, that was explained when they hired me. Payment was due immediately upon completion and inspection. It seems that location is owned and operated by EYM Pizza out of Irving Texas, and EYM Is being sued by the parent Pizza Hut corporation for unpaid royalties, and for under performance due to poor management. If one phones EYM Pizza it is impossible to speak with a person, all calls go to voice mail. My emails and phone calls to the district manager and their accounting division are being blocked. My bid was accepted, the work was done, and the invoice was approved for payment. That was 3 months ago. EYM Pizza just closed 15 locations with no notice - employees were left hanging, even the store managers didn't know what was about to happen. There are about 120 stores that also face closure. EYM PIzza is a despicable and fraudulent company. Run as fast as you can from them.
My family and I dined in this evening and they were a little short staffed. However Jennifer made the experience very pleasant going above and beyond. I hadn’t been here in years but would definitely recommend. I hope Jennifer is recognized for her hard work.

We Were Excited To Try Our Favorite Pizza Hut After A Few Years & After The Remodel Witch Was Amazing!The Lunch Buffet Was Not Open & We Were Told They Only Have The Lunch Buffet is Now Only On Wednesday And Friday! But They Did Have The Salad Bar Open And I Was Excited About That So We Ordered A Pizza And I Opted To Get The Salad Bar Even Though It Was Now Priced at $8.99.Once I Went Up To The Salad Bar, The Lettuce Was Horrible, It Was Slimy And Had A Red Tent To It! So I Ended Up With Green Peppers, Sliced Onions, & Croutons, as Everything Else Was Too Disgusting To Eat! When I Asked The Server About It, I Was Told "It Would Take A Long Time To Fix it"... I Felt Like She Was New, But She Was Great On Everything.. Our Pizza Just Didn't Taste Right!!

We arrived late afternoon just before dinner.We were happy to find a Pizza Hut that actually has dine in available. They seem to be rare these days. We were the only ones there at the time of our order. The service was a bit slow, but polite. The menus do not have any prices for anything. The large 2 topping pizza we ordered cost just shy of $30. This place still has potential.
