When we arrived, there were four employees in there and they were all standing around toward the back talking like they were having some sort of a meeting or something. We waited for five minutes or better and then they started walking around and not paying any attention to us finally one employee put on a pair of gloves and started taking our orders and as I progressed with my order, a lady helped me and then the guy helped my wife. I then paid for it and the woman never did go back to help my wife so the guy had to do all the work and my sandwich was so mangled. I couldn’t even eat most of it. I had to pick the meatballs out of it and throw the rest of it away. It was a disaster.

This is for the Subway in Havana, Illinois. Always excellent service with friendly staff. Food is always fresh and plentiful. Hands down the best Subway in 3 counties. Couldn`t be more satisfied. Thank You

This subway is one of the best subways I have ever been to the store was super clean and well kept and the employee was very nice and professional her name was Savannah she went above and beyond to make my experience good if you are in town and and looking for a good place to stop for some lunch this is the place to go.

We waited 12 minutes to get a curb side to get our sandwiches tonight. The girl informed me she didn't know how I was aloud to order cursive since she was the only one there. On top of it I was told to park out front next time because that's where curb side is. I didn't know that information because it's not posted. We should get a 50 percent discount. Unbelievable

I did a mobile order I specifically put on the mobile order that I needed it for my husband's lunch around 12:15 I place the order for 12:15 I got there at 12:16 and I did not leave there or did my food get made until 12:25 did not leave until about 12:35 what's me and my husband late going back on his break and unable to eat lunch not impressed I place this order around 11:00 for this principal that you guys that they get busy around that time I should not have to wait at all they should have had it ready. Highly disgusted will never order around lunch time again have never had problems up until now I ate this at least twice a week during my whole nine months pregnancy the subs were always great they were always done in a timely manner the people making it was always courteous and respectful my subs were always made professionally now I am waiting around the subs are not made in a timely manner whatsoever the ones making it are rude and the subs are very sloppy made. For a $40 order addition to happen. Will be contacting management I will be calling corporate. I ordered extra got charged for extra and got one extra slice of meat this is not okay.

The employee serving us did a more than outstanding job,her name was Savana,at the Havana,IL. Restaurant she was very polite, fast ,and very cheerful made the experience great ,and she was the only one there, we had a big order,not small by no means, and she had it done very quickly, the food looked professional and was very great and delicious, I definitely recommend Subway in Havana, il. Go see Savana there and she will treat you right thank you so much again Subway in Havana il.great food.
