Catered Mom's 95th Birthday Celebration. It was soooo delicious. Stuffed Mushrooms were a hit. Lasagna was wonderful, as the beef sandwiches, chicken marsala and salad.Great choice, as we priced and looked into other places and restaurants in the area.Thank you for making this wonderful celebration extra special.
Even if the food was good, i witnessed an incident of a guy trying to use a gift card and was declined. The cash register guy was very very rude.I get that the gift card might not be valid, but at least call someone for help or at least pretend that you care.I would have thrown the food at him and leave. Imagine being a customer thinking that you are going with a discount of 50$, 100$, 200$? And being declined but the worst part is the attitude and the customer service.Sorry but I am not giving my business to a so called "business man" like that! -1
I witnessed an appalling behaviour of the owner towards a customer yesterday evening. Customer wanted to pay with a prepaid card which appeared to be accepted, yet the owner dismissed him and demanded a different card in a rude way. Do not want to give my business to someone who treats customers disrespectfully. I walked out immediately and will never go back. Shame on them.
We made reservations for 18 people of all ages and everyone had a delicious meal. I had the fettuccini alfredo with grilled chicken breast. The alfredo sauce was thick and creamy and the chicken was nicely seasoned and in plentiful long sliced strips. The service was friendly and attentive and really made us feel welcome. I look forward to coming back here to try more of the menu items.
The food is good but the owner/staff are always cranky and angry. They seem to be inconvenienced by having to provide service.
The sandwiches I've had there are really good, I got the one called the old neighborhood and it was excellent. The atmosphere is a little strange there's never any lights on in the place and there's just two dudes behind the counter and they're a bit odd. They are friendly, there's just a weird vibe sometimes but don't let that distract you the sandwich is worth it. And as far as no lights on in the restaurant just sit outside on a nice day....
Good food and hefty portions. I’d say you would be safe sharing for sure. about $19-$20 a person add $ for sausage chicken etc. nice and peaceful outdoor seating area. Seem like they may be a bit short on waiters but that’s how we seem to operate in the world we’re in now.
OMG!!! The food here is EXCELLENT and the service is fast and friendly. Order some sausage! The fettuccine pasta is incredible. The cheese ravioli with the Oregano sauce is incredible. It is LOADED with tasty veggies. This will be a new regular stop for us. The chocolate cake will change your life.
Parking: Easy ample parking in the parking lot.
The meals were delicious, but the waitstaff was not very attentive, and the gentleman behind the take-out counter was rude.My wife walked up to ask some questions about the desserts. We were trying to surprise our out of town family members with us, by getting some to go, that we could enjoy while relaxing back at our house before they had to get on the road home.He scolded her saying 'dont you have a waitress' and then gave short and snippy answers when she asked a couple questions to determine what she wanted to get.
Cannot agree with all the good reviews - this place was worse than Olive Garden but not as bad as Galati's. Bland, bland, bland food. Their lasagna of the day lacked any substance - it was a mushy bowl of sauce, cheese, and overcooked pasta. Ordered some Italian sausage on the side which was burned so thanks for that. The chicken marsala was just a brown gravy over pasta with chicken. The service was horrible. The waiter was slow AF. Also, how do you bring bread to the table and not bring olive oil and parmesan??? Remember the closing scene in Goodfellas? I think this is where Henry Hill ordered his egg noodles with ketchup. Actually, that might have more flavor.

The food is delicious but the service from the owners are terrible. They are rude and don’t care for customer service. It’s to bad you have to deal with them to place your order.
The staff was great our server did an outstanding job and the food was excellent. We had 6 different meals, alll of which were great.
This is an awesome place to go with your family. If I could I would give this place 100 stars. Great staff and atmosphere and the food is DELICIOUS!!!! highly recommended. ?????
Phone ordered on Saturday, dropped $100 on three dinners, two of which were Steak Marsala and had absolutely no taste. The beef was so hard to cut even with a steak knife.
I'm not sure who gave it a 5.0 rating on grubhub but definitely not accurate. The chicken parmesan was ok at best but smothered in cheese. My husband ordered pork at it was inedible. Tasted frozen and microwave unthawed. The pasta was far from homemade as I would expect from an Italian restaurant. I make homemade pasta all the time and it's super easy. The lemon bar was not lemon enough and I could taste the sugar granuals which means the custard was not brought to a high enough temperature to dissolve the sugar. If you want delicious Italian for the same price go to biaggi in deer park or francescos in Barrington.
