Went to the drive through this morning at 8 40 to place an order with the menu open on my phone since this location does not have an outdoor menu up currently, for this woman on the intercom to be ignorant and rude and tell me if I didnt know what I wanted that second then I needed to leave, go around or go inside. I was not even at the intercom for a minute at that point and had my door open so she could hear me ask for one moment while I looked at the menu.

I stop at this location cause I see their open. I go to pull on the door at 6:45 & it’s locked and their lobby hours open hours is 8am. Why do these idiots have their open sign on?

After cleaning the trash outside their establishment as a state worker, I stopped in only to use the bathroom and was rudely greeted by LaShawn. She clearly lacks great customer service or hospitality and refused to allow me to use the bathroom unless I made a purchase. She ignored me as I asked for the cooperate number. So upset I left without the hash browns I was forced to buy just to use the restroom.

I’m never going here again twice they messed my coffee up and today I asked for 10 glazed munchkins and got chocolate ones I didn’t ask for chocolate at all. They don’t pay attention to what people order and just do what they want highly unsatisfying. Also what if I had a chocolate 🤢allergy

They don't even deserve one star in any category. I placed a mobile pick up order and when I got there at 8 am the line was 20 cars deep so I decided to go inside. Except I couldn't because they locked the lobby doors. I had to leave for work and couldn't wait the 30 mins in the drive thru. I went back at 3:30 pm to collect my order and they said they didn't have it and they have changed shifts. She told me I could re order if I wanted to. Which she clarified I would have to pay for. I advised her that I already paid for it and I refuse to pay twice. I left and went back this morning. When I told them what happened , this extremely rude worker repeated my order (even though I hadn't told her what I got) and I said yes that's me. She said they threw it out because I wasn't there within 3 hours. I advised there was no disclaimer on the app or anywhere else that says I have to pick up my order within 3 hours or it gets tossed(med cold brew w/ sweet cold foam and 50 ct munchkins - over $22.00). I also advised her that I attempted to come in the lobby but the doors were locked. She said yes they were because they were short staffed.

So because THEY were short staffed and I couldn't get my order in a reasonable time, I'm just supposed to walk away and forget my $22.

What an absolute joke of a business. They used to be great. And now there staff is extremely rude and slow and they could care less about customer service.

The drive thru service at this location is terrible. The young lady taking orders should slow down a bit and allow people time to consider what they want to order instead of rushing them through the drive thru only to tell the customer she doesn't add items to an order at the pay window!!

If I can give negative stars, I would..,the employees and the manager at this location are RUDE. They never get your order right!! take my word for it and go to a different Dunkin’ Donuts

I ordered online because I had to open my store and was in a rush. While driving to work, I stopped by Dunkin' Donuts and was surprised to find an issue with my sandwich - I literally pulled something out of my mouth while eating. I spoke with the manager on duty, Lisa, who was rude and spoke to me as if I was lying. I explained that I had to open my store and couldn't drive back to Dunkin' Donuts at that moment. However, she argued with me on the phone and told me to bring the item back if there was an issue with my food. I'm very disappointed in the service I received, and I found her behavior to be extremely rude. Also suggested to open up my establishment late to bring back food.
