I ordered online because I had to open my store and was in a rush. While driving to work, I stopped by Dunkin' Donuts and was surprised to find an issue with my sandwich - I literally pulled something out of my mouth while eating. I spoke with the manager on duty, Lisa, who was rude and spoke to me as if I was lying. I explained that I had to open my store and couldn't drive back to Dunkin' Donuts at that moment. However, she argued with me on the phone and told me to bring the item back if there was an issue with my food. I'm very disappointed in the service I received, and I found her behavior to be extremely rude. Also suggested to open up my establishment late to bring back food.

My experience was horrible. I came through the drive through at 8 a.m and the order taker was so rude and rushed me off the microphone. I went to the window and my order was wrong. She came from the back and argued with me saying that they automatically give me lemonade in my refresher. I proceeded to say that normally I am asked which one would I like but this time I was rushed off the microphone. She continued to argue with me saying I am wrong. The worst customer service I have ever received.

Please help me with my concern the manager on duty Sunday informed me that she couldn’t change my order because they already made it. I ordered the $6 dollar meal unbeknownst to me the meal changed to bacon. So I asked her to change it because I didn’t know it changed. She told me she couldn’t so I told her I didn’t want anything I ordered. Please tell me this is not how Dunkin Donuts operate?? Then I asked for the manager she told me she was and this is what her manager told her!

This was my go to Dunkin. They were quick and efficient. However, this morning I wanted a breakfast sandwich. I waited in line for 15 minutes to order. When it was finally my turn, I tried to order a bacon, egg, and cheese on a croissant only to be told they aren’t taking food orders. Then I overheard one worker tell a customer “Hold on, there are only 2 of us working back here, sir.” So either someone called off or they didn’t schedule enough people. The workers were overwhelmed. Customers were cranky. I’m still hungry and was almost late for work. Not a great start to a Friday.

Even after giving this place multiple chances to get it right, they still mess up your order. And so rude! Then they argue about it with you. Very rude staff. I was told not to return to this location. 🤣 I wasn't even mean or condescending. They are just low intelligence people. There are plenty of other Dunkin stores in the area that I never have problems with. I'm happy not to return.

I went to the window to get my coffee and the guy hand me. The coffee and the lid was off and I still coffee all in my car. I went there to explain to the lady and she hollered at me. She raised her voice to the point where I was almost out of control Worse service, worse coffee, worse prices they are awful do not go there.
