Even after giving this place multiple chances to get it right, they still mess up your order. And so rude! Then they argue about it with you. Very rude staff. I was told not to return to this location. 𤣠I wasn't even mean or condescending. They are just low intelligence people. There are plenty of other Dunkin stores in the area that I never have problems with. I'm happy not to return.

I just asked to fix my coffee since it was too sweet an old lady employee start shouting shaking, was unnecessarily to act Rude and aggressive, just ruin my day during this visit, I donāt recommend this location to any one
I went to the window to get my coffee and the guy hand me. The coffee and the lid was off and I still coffee all in my car. I went there to explain to the lady and she hollered at me. She raised her voice to the point where I was almost out of control Worse service, worse coffee, worse prices they are awful do not go there.

Manager here in the morning has by far the worst attitude. This woman that refused to give her name does NOT need to be working in customer service. She does not know how to speak to customers. Very rude! She was very upset that I requested my money back after they messed my order up twice.

On more than one occasion I have been disappointed by this location. My loyalty to DD had me coming back. This incident was my last straw. I got the wrong order at the drive through. Apparently my wrap was given to someone else. As I went in to get it corrected, the other customer was leaving with her freshly made order. I came to get my order replaced and was given the bag the other customer had brought in. I was disgusted and disappointed. Also, I ordered a cold brew with oatmilk and was given a latte. The coffee was visibly watered down and the oatmilk was the star rather than the coffee which is not what I ordered. As I said, this is not the first time my order was mucked up. I will be sure not to patronize this location again.

This review of my own experience is just for yesterday, Sunday August 26 2024. I have been coming to this Dunkinā Donuts for the past five years and for the first time this week I was told that they started closing at 5:30 PM . I believe the young lady that was working just didnāt want to work and refused to serve all five cars that were in the drive-through. Poor service because of one employee that seem to be lazy

Iāve came to Dunkin a couple times and I always have an unpleasant experience everytime. When Iām getting my order taken I feel
as though Iām always being rushed. Iām not sure of the ladyās name that rushes me but she wears glasses and has reddish locs. She seems very obnoxious and loud all the time. But recently Iāve came to this location and it was the WORSE experience at Dunkin' ever. I sat at the speaker for over 4 minutes before i was greeted or told anything. Then once i get to the window and my order was taken⦠I was given a terrible attitude by a short stud with brown tipped locs. Then once my order was finally paid for, I had to sit up at the curb for over TWENTY MINUTES. I was given what felt like a year old bagel and I didn't even get what was on it correct, it wasn't edible, and I had to throw it out. My drinks were also watered down as if they were sitting for 30 minutes. None of my drinks were correct other than a simple refresher, surprisingly. The people here have no morals whatsoever. If you can't do your job let alone want to do it, don't show up. Don't bring down YOUR PAYING CUSTOMERS because you can't get it right.

I frequent Dunkin franchises almost 4-5 times a week all over the city of Chicago/ south suburbs but yesterday was my first time at this location. I used the drive thru and as I pulled up I was greeted in a nice/nasty tone but I let it slide. I ordered the Kiwi Watermelon refresher with green tea and I let the young lady know I had a free hash brown reward. I proceed to the window to have my QR code scanned and to pay and was greeted by another young lady. Her attitude wasnāt very pleasant as she was having a hard time scanning my code (she had her scanner right up against my phone). She told me to brighten my screen but it was already as bright as it would go so I suggested she move the scanner back a little so it could be captured. That worked! She then tells me my drink came out to $3 and some change but I couldnāt use my FREE hash brown reward that I used points for. So I say ok you can take the hashbrowns off. She tells the young lady with the headset āshe donāt want itā⦠they laugh about whatever else was said she takes it off and I pay cash for my drink. She then gave my my change (NO RECEIPT GIVEN) and tried to hand me a drink I didnāt order. I let her know I ordered the kiwi watermelon refresher not what was in her hand so she rudely closes the window and heads to the back. I started to just say forget it but I had already paid for my order. She comes back to the window with the drink I actually ordered and said āhere you goā with a smile. I watched her ball up a receipt but I just knew it had to be the original one. So I ask for my receipt and she begins to fake look for it. I asked her if that was the one she had just thrown away and she said āYup or Yeahā. I drove off and pull over to check my drink. The refresher doesnāt normally have foam/bubbles in it so Iām wondering what it could be. At that point it close to my clock in time for work so I pour out the foamy part and wipe off the inside of my lid and pray that young lady didnāt put anything into my drink because of her and her coworkers non listening skills when taking my order. I proceed to work and get to my desk⦠I took a few sips of my drink and moments later my stomach started to hurt. I tried calling this location afterwards (no answer) and I just called this morning and again (no answer) so hence the long review. I would like management to contact me as soon as possible about this matter. The attitude I encountered wasnt called for but for me to start feeling some stomach pains and a tad nauseous after drinking a drink I get all the time and have no issues is a red flag for me. I donāt have the name of the young lady at the window since she didnāt give me a receipt but she had what looked like pinkish orange locs in her hair and wore a lot of lipgloss. This also happened between 2:40pm-2:50pm on 6/06/24. Management please respond, answer your business line or clear your mailbox. Thank you in advance!
