Service - 3.5/5. I’ve been here a couple times. The first time, the waitress we had was excellent. She was super sweet and she checked on us consistently throughout our entire time here. The food and drinks also came out quick after we ordered. The second time, we had a different waitress. She was nice, but both my food and drink order ended up being incorrect. I don’t know if the waitress wrote it down wrong, or if the kitchen messed it up. But maybe they should repeat the order back to the customer.
Drinks - 4/5. The mimosas are delicious and the Jameson green tea drink is also bomb. The NOLA coffee is really good if you want something warm. I didn’t really enjoy the Long Island iced tea. I ordered the peach one, but I’m pretty sure they gave me a plain Long Island, I didn’t taste any flavoring.
Shrimp and grits - 4/5. I ordered the mini portion. The grits were very good and they were cooked well. If they had added just a couple more shrimp, I would give it 5 stars.
Chicken and waffles - 3/5. The fried chicken wings were delicious!! They were seasoned and cooked perfectly. I would give the chicken a 4 out of 5, only negative is that the wings were pretty small for the price. The Georgia peach cobbler waffle gets 1 star for me. I don’t know if they put too much of the peach sauce, or if my meal was sitting for too long before being brought to the table. But 90% of my waffle was EXTREMELY soggy, and it made it really unappetizing and unpleasant to eat. I don’t mind when things are a little soggy, but this was way too much. I don’t like mushy, soggy waffles. If I went back, I would just order a plain waffle or ask for the toppings on the side.
Catfish - 3/5. I thought the catfish needed more seasoning. It also looked like a lower quality catfish than I’m used to. I would not order it again, but it wasn’t terrible.

I wanted to throw up the salmon croquettes. They was so nasty. The favor tasted like soap. I also had the jerk salad and shrimp n grits, nothing special. This is not the place to go for soul food. Please change the recipes

I wasn't impressed with the food at all 😕 I ordered the Cajun wings and waffles with an orange juice and side order of shrimp 🍤 and grits very overpriced wasn't worth the $35 will not be back. And the customer service just wasn't there come on black people do better. Please fire the chef the food was mediocre at best.

I was home for a visit and wanted to have brunch with my family brunch with my cousins and one of them suggested going to “Flavor Brunch” and it was an excellent choice. Our waiter Derrick was so sweet and so patient with our table. He made sure we had every thing we needed for a great breakfast. ALL OF THE FOOD WAS DELICIOUS! ALL of the food came to the table at the same time. The presentation of the food was very nice. I ordered the chicken wings and I have never had chicken taste so good. I’m not sure how they fried it but it looked like something in a magazine.

I ordered scrambled eggs light, sausage patties, and pancakes. The eggs were not cooked at all they were running and folded not scrambled at all, they had no sausage patties in stock so I had to order links which were ok but I wanted to taste a sausage patties for comparison. But last but not least, the pancakes were like crepes not fluffy or tasty at all it was like the thinned out the batter because it was the last of it. Will I return and order something other than the above meal idk. The server was nice and knowledgeable.

I went to this place because I thought the establishment looked nice and they may have some tasty food .i seen one o the employees come out and than I ask a question about the restaurant and she went to a real 0-10 attitude ,so I said I will not eat there.i will not rate the food because I didn’t get the chance to eat , but if you looking forward to some good food to eat in the morning with a side of attitude ,go when’s it 1 minute away to open up .we as people should appreciate life.
