I call in I gotta wait outside it’s one of the coolest days in Chicago I get stop before I get to the curb, can’t come in the restaurant they must have been robbed the way they won’t let people come to the door and they confused if it’s the right location after showing the number I called. 0/10 won’t recommend

Nothing but the best! Friendly staff, you place your order over the phone, drive up, pay for your food, then they bring it out with your change. Cash only

My first time ordering from here and I will never order from here again! I ordered a large Perch dinner and asked for my fish to be fried hard. Well what I received was too hard from me to bite into and the fish crumble in my hand. The fish is old and had no seasoning on it! Fries was cold and hard. You have to wait in your car for them to bring your food to you when over the phone I was told 15 to 20 mins and my food would be ready and I had to wait an additional 10 minutes in the parking lot for this TERRIBLE CRAP!! THEY DID TEPLACE MY ORDER AND IT WAS STILL TERRIBLE! THIS HAROLD'S CHICKENI WILL NEVER ORDER FROM AGAIN $20 FOR THIS CRAP!! CLOSE DOWN!!
