Went in tonight after a long day of work & ordered a small perch. A guy came in after me ordered the same thing & got his food before me. Checked on my food several times & the young lady kept saying your order is almost done... Well a whole HOUR later the food still wasn't ready & ended up having to get a refund! I was really looking forward to my food & patronizing this business but this was ridiculous & nothing was offered to rectify the situation.

First I tried to call them but no one answered so I drove there to place my order. The woman that was there said she was there by herself which is why she couldn’t answer the phone. It didn’t take too long for my order. The food was hot, fresh and absolutely delicious! I will definitely go back.

I love ti support our ppl but, we can't seem to get out of our own way. Customer service was horrible, and the food was OK. They took a smoke break(weed) and my order was jack up. I hope this establishment can do better. I won't be back. 07/22/24 9pm was my visit time.

If I can give a 0 star, I would. I ordered 3 pizza puffs with fries and it took 40 minutes for me to receive my order. With that being said, it was extremely hot in there, 5 people ordered their food after me and all of them received their food before I did. MY food was dropped when the order initially came up, they rebagged it, and my fries was cold. NEVER AGAIN!!!
