The attitudes of management has really changed. I’ve been a regular customer for years. Now there is a lack of communication based on listening to their customers, especially when they are the ones that screwed up. Lately they make a lot of mistakes and refuse to own it! This is not a one time incident! I will not give another dime my hard earned money to this business that has not respected me as a customer!

Your greeter upon entry needs to be in another position. Truly. This was an older man. My party wasnt greeted at all instead just attitude like he didn't want to be there we were nothing but respectful toward. when we were asked how many he rushed to get us seated. Keep in mind, it wasnt busy that morning. Our waitress was sweet and we enjoyed the food. And went up to pay in which the same guy was rushing to get us out. Then tossed my receipt on the ledge when I held my hand out to grab take it. Just rude and no sense of respect. If that's the owner that's a shame.

On this day I order the 3+3+3 special meal. This is the first time a restaurant cooked my eggs perfect. I order eggs over medium. Waitress was busy but very attentive. I recommend this place. They do close early. I think it's 1:00p.m.

Do not eat from this place!!! There was a fly in my food. I called to let them know and I was told to bring my food back with the receipt. I told them I couldn’t leave work to do this at the moment and wouldn’t get off until 3pm. The guy told me to bring it back the next day with my receipt. The fact that they wanted me to hold onto the food with the fly overnight was disgusting. They didn’t want to do anything else but this which I feel they just wanted to inconvenience me

When I brought it to his attention he was unapologetic and basically blew me off.

As a business owner with extensive experience, I must say that Maria’s Pancake House is a prime example of how not to run a customer-oriented establishment. My recent experience with this establishment was nothing short of a nightmare. From the moment I called to place an order, I was met with unparalleled rudeness and arrogance from the individual who answered the phone. Despite my attempts to maintain a positive and friendly demeanor, I was met with condescending remarks and dismissive behavior.
Upon receiving my order in person, the situation only worsened. The same individual who had been rude over the phone greeted me with a snobbish attitude and showed little regard for my inquiries about the order. Instead of providing clear information, he seemed more interested in swiftly processing my credit card payment and rushing me out the door. I was left feeling completely disregarded and uncertain about the contents of my order.
To the owner of Maria’s Pancake House, if you happen to read this review, I urge you to reflect on the culture of arrogance and disrespect that seems to permeate your establishment. The lack of professionalism and basic courtesy displayed by your staff, particularly the individual adorned with numerous rings and likely hailing from Texas, is simply unacceptable.
I rarely resort to leaving such scathing reviews, but the level of mistreatment and disregard I experienced at Maria’s Pancake House cannot go unnoticed. It is a shame that a business with such potential for success is marred by such poor leadership and customer service. I strongly advise anyone considering dining at this establishment to proceed with caution and be prepared for a disappointing experience.

i placed an order to go and had it picked up to GO! How do you demand a 10.00 tip from my driver and refuse to give us the food I paid for. You have my word that I will not be order from you after we always been buying there. And I plan to tell everyone else that I come in contact with. TRASH
