I was treated to dinner at this place by my brother Ted Robinson the dinner dressing Mac and cheese sweet potatoes everything was excellent 😋 The best dressing I've had from a restaurant 😋 Lord say the same I will be back from Lincoln Nebraska 😋

I will give them five stars but I had my mouth all set for some sweet potatoes macaronis and chicken and I get there and the Hazel Crest location was closed saying this Location is no longer open I am highly disappointed without any notification or anything like on the website or anything letting us knowVery disappointed Priscilla‘s its Sunday and I was really hungry for some soul food ?☹️

Went there today after work for dinner because I was exhausted only to spend approximately a hour and 20 min in my car waiting on my food then another 10 min in line to see if my food was ready or request a refund only to find that my food had been ready and just sitting. Because im tired I except the food and leave only to get home to s poorly packed bag of food with juice wasted all in the bottom of the bag? opened the containers to chicken and catfish that had to be fried to death, dried out Mac and cheese and hard candied yams??‍♀️ I’m sooo upset needless to say I will not be back!!!!! And on top of it all the cashier lacks people skills this place is horrible buyer beware!!!!

We love this place, my fiance and I always come here to get food. They have good food and the employees are kind and respectful. I also love that that employees are willing to take our order and make sure that we get what we asked for and they have never ever been rude or disrespectful to us. I recommend this place to everyone.

First time here. The chicken was perfect. I really liked the fried chicken. The greens were okay, but I don't like vinegar in my greens and I tasted vinegar but I will be back again.

Expect Delays…… but not 2.5 hours!Turn the app off…. If you can’t fulfill orders in a timely fashion.Trying to support local businesses I placed an order thru ChowNow who after accepting my payment told me that my order wouldn’t be ready for 2 and a half hours So in less than 10 mins from the time of placing order…..I went to the restaurant (Which was chaotic with customers complaining) to request cancellation and a refund and I was told that they could not cancel it from the restaurant and I would have to contact ChowNow who refuses to issue a refund without the restaurant’s consent however the restaurant failed to answer any of their calls or emails and the kicker…. they don’t open until Wednesday. Imagine that no food and they have my money. I probably wouldn’t have even written this review with the exception that this is the third time that I have placed an order and there was issues to include delays or items missing utilizing both delivery and or pick up……..so three strikes you’re out please refund my money.Disappointed with Priscilla’s and ChowNow!

It’s sad when good food & service don’t go hand in hand to say the least ??‍♀️How hard is it to read a ticket let alone how difficult is it to use more than 1 bag with multiple orders???!!!! I’ve been going to this location since it opened & its always a hit or miss. Sometimes the food is really good & sometimes you get it & it’s like why did I even bother ??‍♀️. I would’ve rather gave 5 stars cuz the food was good & the left overs were even better even though the greens with turkey wasn’t as seasoned as the greens with pork. But seeing as they forgot a WHOLE MEAL & I had to wait for chicken wings that should’ve been ready when I got there 1 star is bout all it deserves ??‍♀️

The food fine until I ran across a piece of small plastic in my spaghetti. Wish I woulda took a pic of it, but didn't think about putting it n my review. It jus look like a corner piece of a bag or a lil piece of plastic wrap... idk, but I'm glad it was laying on top & that I saw it. So blk ppl eat carefully & look @ ur food. My mom said we should a took it bac... I said naw it's ok... I'll give em a 2nd chance. But if I find anything else I will b returning & not for the food. I had spaghetti... it was ok if u like a slight sweetness 2 it... which I don't. Yams was on POINT. Bbq ribs was decent... a lil fatty but will get again.

Very disappointed baked chicken dry, black eyes peas full of fat meat, grease and bones. Forgot to send cranberry sauce. Have to leave them alone until they get better!

no complaints smothered pork chops in gravy mash taters green beans and corn muffin. Gumbo wow. everything was on Point. ok. maybe lil more gravy. for me mom.

Great food Good service. But if you order online on a busy day. U gotta have some patience.

Priscilla's was horrible. The pot roast was sitting in grease, the greens were burnt and the yams weren't sweet. They left off my potato salad. When I called to complain the man who answered said what do you want they are about to close come back tomorrow. We spent $35-50 per week. I will never go there again and I filed a dispute with my cc company.

Expect to wait for about an hour but it’s well worth the wait! I ordered the short rib with a side of Mac and cheese and yams. Perfect portion size and very delicious

Only ordered sides( mac&cheese, rice/ gravy, sweet potatoes, greens). The greens were the only thing I ended up eating. Everything else was bland. Gravy for the rice was not what I expected. It didn't look homemade. I wanted to enjoy what I order but I was highly disappointed.
