It was good. A little pricey. The catfish was great, yams, greens were ok.. the dressing was alright but the peach cobbler needs lots more love, sugar, vanilla, and flavor.

This was my first time there they had no food at 5:00. One order was short ribs they were almost raw. I’ll try the one in Homewood on my next outing, maybe I’ll go early in the day.

Just had the food today it was not what I expected. The dressing tasted like salt water the catfish was oily with the breading falling off. For a twenty dollar plate the sides were too small, and the macaroni tasted like old sliced cheese.

I gave this place a chance to support businesses in my community and I was highly disappointed.I purchased 3 chicken dinners from the yesterday and the meal were very disappointing.1 the chicken tasted and smelled as if it was not fresh and looked odd , I thought it was because of the broth but it wasn't.2 the dressing was dry had a very heavy uncooked cornmeal tasteThe greens were under seasoned and not fully cooked.I spent over 35$ it was the worst ? I wouldn't recommend this place

The customer service was excellent very very excellent that is enough to go and try, if you take into consideration the food, somebody's big momma is in that kitchen throwing down... go try it please it is amazing!!!!!!!!Side note nothing is bad everything is good turkey is amazing the short ribs fall off the bone dressing and just everything
