Today I ordered a 12-pack of wings and when I got home I looked and they were very overheated and the fries were cold. I'm never going back to that place.

The chicken is always fried and seasoned to perfection. However i have found that even though i order then with lemon pepper when i open the container there's no sign of lemon pepper.

This could be due to the quality of lemon pepper they use but not only do i not see it visually i don't taste it either which sucks bc all you have to say is we don't do that. Because i don't see you forgetting every single time.

I haven't tried anything outside of their chicken and perch and bottled drinks.

Staff are nice nothing exceptional and nothing negative.

I was traveling and hungry late in the evening and ordered from this location on door dash for pickup. Very bright and clean establishment with friendly people behind the counter. The menu is extensive and there were a few items I wanted to try, but I settled on a wing dinner. I wasn't expecting much but I was so pleasantly surprised. The food was piping hot, beautifully packed and really well seasoned. Whatever the seasoning is they put on top is divine. It was good on both the wings and the fries. The fries were crispy on the outside and soft on the inside and the wings were crispy in the best way. The dipping sauce was amazing and the mango sauce was good enough too drink. Lol. I'll definitely be back the next time I am in the area.

They Giving the Franchise a bad Rep!! Service has gotten terrible.

I called and placed an order at 3:59pm Aug 9th. I Arrived to pick up the order at 4:41pm The Order was not ready nor did they have it. The Cashier then asked me “Are you sure you called the right one?” I Replied “Hold On” went to my call long and called the one I called at 3:59pm. All of a sudden The phone starts ringing. I Then Said “Your phone is ringing right? Yes, I’m sure I called the right one.” No apologies or anything for his Mistake!! Fast forward I then got the food & The Fish was bad and super slimy. The fries were hard. So I basically paid $19 for nothing.. because the only edible item was the chicken.

Ordered 2 crispy phillys- cost almost $40!!! Got home fries were undercooked and nasty and sandwiches were sitting in a pool of grease, no lemon pepper on anything. Food keeps getting worse and when you call to order you have to repeat yourself over and over for them to hear you! Won’t be going back to Hazelcrest sharks anymore!
