Store hours on the door say 9-9 Monday-Sunday but they close at 8 then when you call and ask the argue and say it Doesn’t. Never eat there they don’t follow heath code no hats no hair nets

This was one of the worst places to work. The manager will NOT hold back on yelling at her co workers, especially new ones. This was also the most disorganized and unfriendly places i have worked at as well. The co workers won't help much unless it's that one girl with the blonde hair. Forgot her name but she was the only person there that was decent to me. I was really excited to get a job and the way i was treated there was absolutely unacceptable. And also for anyone who plans on applying, please know that the manager has cameras in the back and she watches you even when off work. I know that because she was very rude to me about sitting down, since i was confused on what to do. I explained i could've asked, and it was my mistake for not doing so, but she just said "mhm yeah okay" in a very passive aggressive tone. By the second day there i was already planning on how i could quit because of how miserable i was there. What a let down.

The staff were very rudeParking: I parked cross wise In Handicapped zone as I have a handicap cared. No one else around and we had a trailer. We were going to just grab and go she said you can’t park like that she turned her back on us and wouldn’t talk to us. She never came out to help us the other girl did then they hid it n the back room. So much for wanting tourists

My fiancé asked to have her sandwich microwaved not toasted and the girl was being very rude about it rolling her eyes and still proceeded to toast her sandwich….. find better

Awesome employees at night! They know me and my order. Always super cool.Parking: Parking lot up front sucks. Full of holes. 2 front spaces for Subway and 1 is curbside and the other is handicap. So you have to park in BFE. and its wide open out there so the wind pretty much annihilates your face. The salon next door usually has most front spaces utilized.

Would love it If this location would start honoring Subway's coupons again... Subway's prices have gotten so out of hand that generally I'll just skip ordering anything at all rather than pay full price. I've heard that the stores actually lose money on some of these coupons which is unfortunate because a sandwich shouldn't cost $12 to make in the first place, but it's also unfortunate to lose customers due to them chosing other options like Jersey Mike's or Firehouse for the price

Always ordered online to get promo deals being offered at the time. Order was placed at 12:45pm with pickup ASAP. Time provided was 1:05pm. I ordered 3 sandwiches, and they weren't busy at the time and still didn't even bother to start making them until pickup time! The service at the Heyworth IL subway by the young, bigger girl with different colored hair and glasses has HORRIBLE customer service!!

I ordered on the App for pickup on 5/11/21 5:50pm. The wraps I ordered are typically very messy but these were made perfectly, I've never had a wrap made so well, the individual who made them deserves a raise :-)
