A good, solid small-town cafe that incudes a pastry cooler. My latest meal was a half-pound burger that was bigger than the bun, plus hot and crisp fries.

The food is absolutely delightful and reasonably priced. The service was outstanding. The kids kept commenting on how incredibly nice our server was and I could not agree more! From the soups to the main course to the ice cream it was all top notch! We will definitely be back for more.

I found their Ruben to be very disappointing. To start, they use mozzarella instead of swiss which was an unpleasant choice in my opinion. Also, the mozzarella is shredded and barely melted which makes for an unappealing texture. I would have also preferred more sour kraut. The corned beef itself was fine, as was the dressing and bread. I did not end up finishing it though. Fries were decent, but the coleslaw side I got was wayyy too sweet. Also, the root beer I got was very watered down. Perhaps I just caught them on a bad day, or this is how the locals prefer their food, but this was not a good experience at all for me.

Food was good. What I didn't like was when we walked in, you saw a desert counter with baked pies and store bought cakes. We were seated, and I asked about the pies that my friend ordered before we were seated. Told they are baked there. Now my point is they looked nasty greasy. When the pie was delivered, she was asked how long it was in that counter. She told us at least 4 days. I wouldn't have even considered tasting it. Now on to the food. Lunch was quite enjoyable. I would definitely eat here again but sadly would avoid the pies.

Great service and food is always amazing! Even with ordering pick up, our food is always ready within 15-30 minutes. Highly recommend!

We ate there for the first time recently. Both the food and service were great 👍🏻.

The waitress was rude as could be to me an my partner but friendly to the other people that came in. The food tasted and seemed like it was from yesterday and reheated in a microwave which you could hear beeping from the kitchen. Over easy eggs were actually over medium. The bacon was so hard I was afraid I was going to break my teeth trying to eat it. The gravy tasted like straight water. The toast wasn't even toasted it was just bread that was barely warmed up. The waitress also disappeared with a restaurant full of people for 15 min. I had to stand at the check out to get my check an pay. Never even got offered a refill for my drink. Worst experience and will never go back!

it was horrible the grilled cheese was so dry the chili was beans onions and peppers no taste bland lemon pie tasted like pine sol. the patty melt looked like road kill scraped right off the street. the fries were burnt and smelled like they had been fried in year old grease. The service was awful the waitresses were talking awful about another waitress that was not present using her name and putting her business out openly to the all the customers in the restaurant and one of them was supposedly supposed to be a manager. it was an absolute horrible experience and I am extremely disappointed and will not go back.

Comfort food and great dessert. This is a regular for us, a perfect microcosm of small town America.

Ribeyes are fantastic. Chili, even better. We are passing through for a few days and went back a second time today. Hamburger steak was really good and the homemade fries are delicious. All food came out piping hot and the wait staff was phenomenal. I love that they employ an older crowd. They were a joy! Both visits were awesome. Highly highly recommend!
