This location used to be solid but it has became sketchy whenever I go to order a Sunday if it's late at night they are always missing toppings and I think they're making it up because they don't want to make it because I asked the girl are you missing any toppings before I started my order and she said she has strawberry topping and then I proceeded with my order because it included that and when I said that part of the order she said they're out of strawberry topping and I said no you just told me you aren't and now you're saying that because you don't want to make it has happened with missing toppings the last several times I went

I ordered a cake online. I accidentally put the wrong time, so I called to adjust my pickup time. The employee told me she would call the manager and take care of it for me. When I went to pick it up, my cake was not ready. She said that it was my fault for choosing a different time. Well that's why I called and supposedly I was taken care of. Tony the manager told me that verbal agreements don't count. I will never go back to this Baskin Robbins again

All the employees are very rude. They need to learn respect. Everything I asked for they said they don’t have in the drive thru. I decided to go in to see what kind of ice cream they have, and saw they had everything. When I saw they were lying to me I walked away. Never going back

So disappointed we just ordered a shake and a cappuccino blast and they’re the worst we had ever had , sorry to say but how can they called a shake that it’s just milk and a little bit of flavor of the ice cream at it , and a cappuccino blast that you are drinking like it was an ice coffeeThank you for the worst experience , we never coming back

Tried to order two shakes and a dipped cone at the drive thru, the woman working said “well it’s gonna take 15 minutes.” I asked which part of the order was causing the delay (because I wouldn’t be opposed to changing my order in order to speed things up). The cashier replied I. A super rude tone “no, the whole part is going to take 15 minutes, there’s a line of cars behind you and it’s just me working in here!” - I don’t know how the cars Behind me factored in or how I was supposed to know that she was working alone since this was all happening at the drive thru intercom. And then before I could reply, the woman said “so you gonna wait or not?”. I just left.

I slipped in a puddle of hand sanitizer and not one of the five employees even asked if I was ok.
