girl last night was ignorant and rude. was arguing about not making an order correct when i repeated it twice and when i repeated it at the speaker made it seem like i was bothering her and she still got it wrong. is there no customer service training at all ??

every time i come here, the workers are always so rude even when i’m being nice they’re either so passive aggressive or just straight up rude.. i only come here cause it’s the closest location ?n their matcha tastes like straight up milk

THIS LOCATION SUCKS. Coffee tastes like WATER most of the time. Staff is RUDE. They never listen and get the order right. & I will never understand why when ordering thru the drive thru they give u things like jelly and cream cheese on the side. How am I supposed to put those things on while driving a car?! There is ZERO consistency here. Where’s the Hispanic lady that used to make food? She was the only nice one!!!!!

This place needs a real manager. This manager gets mad at her workers and take them out of the schedule or don’t give them hours. She prefer to hire new people instead of keeping the good workers. Only because she doesn’t want to pay them more money. Not to say that she underpay some of them. A lot of things need to be fix in this place but she prefer to stay with the money. She talks to employees about other employees. That’s very unprofessional. I have seen how she yells and say mean things to them in front of customers. There’s so many other things I can say about this place but I will in another review.
