I order a large iced latte and there have been multiple occasions where the drink was coffee and not a latte. I will no longer be coming here to order a large iced lattee and a boston creme after today.

Avoid this location if you can. I order the exact same tea every day and every day it tastes different. Today I visit and my X-Large has the tea bag sunk to the bottom should come with two. I asked for my other tea bag because who wants hot flavored water with no caffeine only to be ignored at the window. I beep wave they chat and come back and say we are out of tea bags and hand me a decaf one. This explains why I was shorted and the tea bag in my cup had the tag removed. I’m sure this has been the trend and why it tastes different every time. Really not rocket science. Besides that they were so rude and dismissive and the girl who made it even kept walking away from the guy working the window. Needless to say my drink was gross and a waste of money again

Worst service , they forgot my hash browns when I ordered a $6.00 meal , then I get my sandwich there is no meat on it just egg , then when u call it just rings . Please check your food before you leave .. worst service

I wish I could give this place zero stars!! I’m not the type to ever write a bad review but it was the night before my birthday and I was craving a milkshake so we looked up the flavors before going and they had “old fashioned butter pecan”. When we got there it was 5/25 10:05ish and they are 24hrs so I didn’t think they’d have such an attitude ordering! They said how can I help you and as I’m saying can I get a old fashioned butter pecan she cuts me off and says very rudely “WE DONT HAVE ANY MORE OLD FASHIONED DONUTS” my husband said we weren’t going to order an old fashioned donut she then said “OK THEN OLD FASHIONED WHATTT” we then told her don’t you think your being kind of rude and she then said I’m not being rude how am I being RUDE and we said yes you are and she said “you know what BYE” and wouldn’t let us order. We then went back around and she would not answer me after saying hello 5 times she said hello and I said could I get her name and she said she didn’t feel comfortable giving it to me but said her managers name is Tony because I told her I would definitely be calling Tomorrow which they never answered for me . I just find it crazy that she didn’t feel comfortable giving me her name but she felt comfortable enough to give me a attitude for no reason and would not serve us resulting in me having to drive 15 mins away to another one. I will never give my business to this Dunkin ever again as this was the Dunkin I would go to weekly.
