Service was good but food is lousy. I felt tricked by getting a wrap yet it was a cold wrap.....who wants a cold wrap???
It was misleading and pretty lousy. I mean I went for dinner expecting a hot meal first time customer to get a cold 🥶 wrap.
Didn't realize anyone sold a flour tortilla cold without cooking or heating it. I've never seen anyone else do this guess jimmy johns thinks they are special. $10 rip off 🙏 😆
No chance I'd ever purchase anything from this restaurant again. People really have low standards for food these days.

Personally I love this Jimmy John's (usually) and have had practically no issues in the 5 years I've been coming here but...the limited time "picklewich" is a fricken scam. Same price as a regular sandwich for literally 2 slices of meat on a chode size pickle. I saw a food reviewer on Tik Tok with his packed fat on a big pickle so it looked worth it. What I got wouldn't fill up a kindergarten kid. It was a no bread in the house struggle meal. Blessed this location doesn't pull that with the regular sandwiches but man I wish I had my $8 back.

Dont know where to start this is for my father who takes acid reflux prescriptions. He asked for a jjBLT BACON LETTUCE TOMATOE. They argue with him after he had gotten off the phone with said manager saying he gets a free sandwich. The sandwich they gave him was a Spiceynu Italian. After him trying to eat he he couldnt take the pepper no more. So he decided to drive two town back to this location for his free BLT. They argued with him saying he asked for a number 7 the spicy italian and he then said he wanted a BLT. Wouldnt you double check with the customer of which sandwich he/she would want before charging and making it??! No y'all didnt. When you gave him his BLT. It had peppers on it again!!! Wtf y'all trying to put the man in the hospital. Y'all lucky he doesnt have allergies to pepper ? ? ?♂️?♂️ y'all failed twice!!

Very rude manager. Asked for half onion on my big sandwich and he said I would need to order two separate sandwiches for that. They are also very cheap with even the mayo. On a different occasion I asked for xtra mayo and Xtra ranch and my sandwich was still so dry.

I’ve had such mad experience with this place. When I’ve first ordered previous times I’ve never had issues with deliveries or when it would be sent but lately I’ve just been so disappointed with everything. My most recent orders I’ve done had taken so long to deliver even when I order and then the one I had just ordered they had put it right against the door, to the point I couldn’t even open it without having the drink spilled even when I have instructions to put it somewhere it won’t be difficult to open. It’s happened so many times and I’ve just been so frustrated that I just won’t order from this place anymore.
