My order was out for delivery since 12:36p. It shows order delivered in the app, which is untrue because I was at front desk ( office) waiting for my order. A phone call was made to the manager and I was said "second" order will be delivered ( since i never received the first one, it is technically the first one). over an hour and a half since my order was placed and still nothing has been delivered. Last time I order from this place, and probably last time i order from Jimmy Jhons

I love writing reviews. I spend money freely. I like to eat out and I respect the sweat and toil that goes into a business, not to mention the investment that provides income for the owners. So I'm reluctant to be too critical. Today I feel an obligation. I got the trifectaThis Jimmy John's screwed up my order (not the first time), made m wait while others came and went and served stale bread (not a little stale). I used the app in the parking lot because I was on a phone call. You cannot make America any greater! order anything you want on a phone while you talk. I wait for the notification. I talk more, I wait more. I hang up. I go inside and ask. Four sandwiches are sitting there, I ordered five. The woman says she's making my order. Other employees pick up my sandwiches, look around, set them down. Two walk ins come and go. I ask again and then point out that people are coming and going while I wait. And I wait more. ....My order is ready. I say thank you. A curious thing that has developed, I used to say your welcome. Making food for me has become something I should be greatful for allowing them to do for me. Anywho, now the fast food has made me late. Thoughtful me brings in dinner and they're made at me. I have one less sandwich than I ordered and I have one more sandwich with stale bread that I didn't order.This location is far less than good. I'm out. I love Jimmy John's. Fresh ingredients, usually the food is good. Well run Jimmy John's have 2 very experienced employee and sometimes the owner. I've been enjoying Jimmy John's liberally for 25 years and will continue to do so. But this location should be put out of its misery. Additionally, I have no incentive to give them an opportunity to make it tight. My time has more value than that. I did once. I was made to feel like I was trying to get something for nothing. The idea that I had spent my money there and was disappointed or that they had an issue that needed attention was never considered. An apology? That's funny. And no opportunity is provided for feedback. No text, no email. What a shame. They have a great idea and they've reduced the overhead to bare bones. I dial it in, I pick it up. No cash, no clean up, no fried food, no waitresses, fresh bread... Just make sandwiches. Really pathetic. It could not be any easier and still these knuckleheads screw it up.

Change your time on the Upside app to 10:00AM.One of the local schools order sandwiches from you everyday, but we cannot "claim" the offer until 11:00 because that's what the Upside app has listed.

I visited Jimmy John’s today and they were EXTREMELY BUSY ! It’s really easy for employees to get frustrated and overwhelmed but this crew that was working was sooooo kind and handled it very well ! I was shook on how fast I received my food ! GREAT JOB !

I've ordered from this location for several years, delivery as well as in the restaurant. everyone has always been pleasant and friendly, UNTIL TODAY. I just has the "general manager" tell me to write an email and then disconnected the call. It took over an hour to get my orders delivered, 45 minutes riding in the car. His answer "that's the way it is now, we don't have freaky fast delivery anymore" " it is 90 degrees today" So the fact that the bag was warm and the sandwiches weren't cold is MY PROBLEM. WOW

The worst sandwich I ever had in my life. So bad that I am actually writing review. Two slices of probably the cheapest salami and two slices of something was supposed to be capocollo but it was so chewy and not recognizable. This will be definitely my last order since previously i had issue with this location and "freckly fast delivery"

They did great if all sandwich shops for like this be awesome however the drive-through could be bigger so I can get a work truck through there but outside of that it's Ok.
