Everything started off fine. I have my code to the person taking orders in the drive through. Order was for 2 large fries. Came to 9 something. I pull up to the second window, she mumbles something, I know how much my order is so I give her 10 she gives me 1 dollar back and some coins. She hands me a bag says a different order than mine. I let her know oh this isn’t what I ordered, I ordered the fries. Has me hold for the manager to refund or something. Then she said I owed her 2 more dollars so I gave her the coins back and the 1 dollar bill she gave me and technically she now owed me change. She then got an attitude like I made the mistake. It was weird. I come to this McDonald’s 2-4 times a week never had a problem before. She need some training.

I went to this McDonald’s and they charged me for a cookie tote and never got it. There was also a worker that had black hair with piercings and she was giving us attitude and when I asked her a question she slammed the window shut. I hope this management gets resolved and make sure there is better service and there are no problems in the upcoming future.

Wish I could’ve given zero stars. Came to McDonald’s at this location at 3:30am during a road trip. I paid for a mobile order. Had a code and eveything. As soon as I pulled up to the drive through he said we are closed for the night… yet ONLINE SAYS OPEN 24hours. He wouldn’t refund us and had a nasty attitude. He was Hispanic and short. Do better. Still have yet to receive my refund for the mobile order that was placed.

Ordered a sprite, not sure what it was when I received it, however it was horrendous and wasn't soda at all. Tasted like flat seltzer with bad after taste. Tried to call three times to let them know to check their machine as I had got to far away to drive back and no one answered their phone. Hope they get this solved.

This McDonald’s Night shift is outstanding they always are in good spirits and I never have and issues from them specifically the Male and Female Mangers for over night they keep their shift in order 10x smoother/better than the day shift so please give them their flowers
