Wish I could’ve given zero stars. Came to McDonald’s at this location at 3:30am during a road trip. I paid for a mobile order. Had a code and eveything. As soon as I pulled up to the drive through he said we are closed for the night… yet ONLINE SAYS OPEN 24hours. He wouldn’t refund us and had a nasty attitude. He was Hispanic and short. Do better. Still have yet to receive my refund for the mobile order that was placed.

Ordered a sprite, not sure what it was when I received it, however it was horrendous and wasn't soda at all. Tasted like flat seltzer with bad after taste. Tried to call three times to let them know to check their machine as I had got to far away to drive back and no one answered their phone. Hope they get this solved.

This McDonald’s Night shift is outstanding they always are in good spirits and I never have and issues from them specifically the Male and Female Mangers for over night they keep their shift in order 10x smoother/better than the day shift so please give them their flowers

This is one of the worst Macdonalds , always they get you wrong the order , they missing stuff ! I don’t know if they don’t listen good or they don’t understand the orders but this is 3 time happen to me , when I recibe my order the food has a hair !! I went to complain and the manager super rude saying I didn’t pay my order ! How I’m not going to pay if I recibe it and has a hair , never coming back here

This place is awful. Always makes orders wrong. I complained and they told me to check my order. I’m supposed to check my order every time? I don’t work there. How about hiring competent people? It might be a good idea to hire people who can speak and understand English.

This has to be one of the worst McDonald's around. Everytime we get food it's not correct. This past time was during breakfast. The app wasn't allowing rewards to be redeemed nor the specials. I got to the window after telling them my order number. They asked what I ordered after trying to give me a coffee that wasn't mine. Proceed to tell them 3 hotcakes, mcgriddle steak and egg, has browns, 2 apple Pies and large HIC orange drink. Received w hotcakes, 1 has brown, the mcgriddle sandwich was a bagel and my Hi C orange was a fantastic. I went back around and manager stated they didn't have any mcgriddles bun,the other order of hotcakes and hashbrowns they were waiting on another store to bring them there and the drink they said was out of syrup. To top it off they didn't reimburse me for any of the food I didn't receive. I told manager that I will just take it up with my credit card company. This isn't the first time stuff like this happens. If we choose to go to McDonald's anymore will be definitely going to different location. But honestly McDonald's is overrated and has gotten so expensive. It same price going to Sammy's or less brothers or Palos diner.
