Wingz it iz & Sal's Philly Steaks - Hickory Hills, IL

This place used to be delicious when it was only “sals Philly steaks”, now? Terrible. They changed the fries & barely season them. They changed their Philly cheese steak recipe, I ordered a chicken Philly. I feel like I’m eating a Mexican chicken torta sandwich on a French bread. This was a terrible sandwich, nothing compared to what it used to be. I couldn’t even finish it.

I never been to a fast food chicken restaurant where one day you can go in and order a three piece LEG combo dinner and then the next day the owner is telling you that he is not allowed to sale only chicken legs. The manager claimed he is only allowed to sale chicken legs with chicken thighs dinners only.

Stopped in for an Italian Beef sandwich. Was shocked at the large sandwich full of beef and about a 1/4cup of giardiniera. The fries were hand cut and they make their own garlic sauce. I was eating alone between errands. The staff made sure I was comfortable and they were very friendly. I noticed that when people picked up orders, the order was opened for them to see. Good food, good service.

As a delivery driver we pick up orders and deliver. The full order should be prepared and secured by the merchant. We are coming from one location to another and it is unsanitary for us to be asked to prepare the drinks for ANY order. We don't get paid by the merchant. Therefore, have the full order prepared for delivery to avoid contamination. We shouldn't be expected to get insulted, threatened, or put out of your establishment if we refuse to complete preparation of drinks in favor of customer safety. I’m a disabled senior citizen trying to work and supplement income for living expenses. It’s unfair to be treated badly. Stop the madness merchants and be more professional to safeguard your customer's order. I'm sure they will agree.
9-16-24…I carry hand sanitizer and keep gloves available. However, I’m not in uniform staying at one location. I told merchant I was not fixing the drinks. You right, I did ask to be paid if you want me to come into your restaurant and do your job. Sure the cashier was going to finish the order until the owner stopped him and acted rudely. I clean my hands per delivery, so don’t flip the script.

Ordered a meal with fries. The fries were cold and old. It looked like it was cooked in the morning and just sat there. Not fresh at all
