Overall not good. If you’re in a pinch it might work, they’re not busy for a reason. Service is slow and inattentive. Food doesn’t seem fresh.

Where to start? Service very slow. Staff uninterested. Parking is a mess. Pancakes were cold. Took forever to get a refill on water.

Amazing Breakfast stop. You won't be disappointed!
Great local restaurant support your local business
I used to really enjoy coming to this restaurant. The food was consistently tasty and it was one of my favorite breakfast spots. It's been several months since I've been to Sammie's and unfortunately, my most recent visit was a big disappointment. I ordered the biscuits and gravy with sausage, which used to be a favorite of mine, but this time it was bland, barely hot, and the sausage tasted off—almost like it had been reheated or wasn’t fresh. My sister got the Philly steak skillet and couldn’t even finish it because she said it lacked flavor. We both ended up boxing up most of our meals, which says a lot.
We spent $60 before tip, and honestly, it just wasn’t worth it. Something has definitely changed here, whether it's the recipes, ingredients, or kitchen staff, I don’t know, but the quality and flavor that used to set this place apart just aren’t there anymore. I'm hoping this was just a bad day and not the new norm.

Was introduced to this place by a friend of mine was good the first couple times I went there I've ordered for pickup a couple of times and they have completely screwed it up every time I'm not one of them people to give bad reviews but enough is enough I spend good money I expect good food it's not that hard to get your hash browns well done and to remember to put the extra ham in a ham and cheese omelette it's just not that hard so Sammy's I'm officially done with you family of five checking out good luck
Great breakfast and quick service. Nice and clean inside. I will be returning!
Very cozy and friendly. Good coffee. Resonaly priced. Plentiful portions. The only place I know to get a good Irish breakfast. So good. Hubby had the strip steak. Big piece of gristle and fat. But the rest of the steak was very tasty. I ordered over medium eggs...they were well done. Other then that....I enjoyed my breakfast. I also ordered the tomato pasta soup. I thoroughly enjoyed it. It was a tomato broth with anelli pasta...small rings. Delicious.
Over all I recommend Sammys.
Hubby and I were regulars at the old place. I can say we will be regulars at the new place also.
Goid food! Goid prices!
The perfect breakfast stop. Cozy diner feel with a good selection of breakfast selections. Not the "pre-fab" breakfast items of the big box food franchises. Instead you get homemade breakfast selections.
Large portion sizes at affordable prices with attentive service.
