My 1st time here and the service was amazing, very friendly, the food was delicious, I ordered a bowl of rice with shawmra chicken with cucumber salad, other stuff in it , and a side of grape leaves, absolutely delicious can't wait to go back

I have dined in and taken out from SemSem many times and they never disappoint. The inside is very clean and has a nice vibe. They’re very prompt with you at the drive-thru. Service is a 10/10. Oh and obviously the food is amazing. They’re also open late which is a plus for me because I work late. There’s a lot of shwarma places within the area but SemSem truly has my heart. They are the best!

best Shawerma I’ve had

A great choice for a healthy, protein packed lunch. For under $10 I got a chicken gyro wrap with tabbouleh, baba ganoush, veggies and garlic sauce. My date got a falafel bowl - lots of food! Maybe too heavy on the sauce so tell them to go light if that’s a concern. I will say the falafel was AMAZING - the chef gave me a free taste. Its donut shaped instead of spherical for maximum crispness! We were impressed.

The food here is great. However, the customer service lacks A LOT. I for one don't care about customer service that much, but man this place they cringe if you even ask them for extra utensils or napkins. We asked one of the guys to give us an extra plate or Togo container so my kids can eat on a separate plate. The guy looked so annoyed like I had asked him to make a plate from scratch. Service needs major work

This place is absolute failure. I gave them many chances, but they never get it right, every time i order, they mess up my order , either wrong items or missing food , it’s obvious how the management are beyond careless, don’t waste your time and money and keep it for businesses which deserve to be supported. Total disappointment
