Normally I go in the day, male manger (long hair, tattoos) is always super great.
The female night manger (shoulder length black hair) who cant be more than 20 is a rude person. The teen girl started handing me the next customer order and they got pissed at me for asking to double check to make sure my order was correct. Acting like I did something wrong
Never ever interrupt a customer or cop an attitude because your team isnt double checking accuracy. 2 things that may very well lose a repeat and regular customer.

Omg when I tell you kevin had me really feeling these Christmas Eve vibes. Calling my car a sleigh and all! So ecstatic Taco Bell has such an amazing worker that LOVES HIS JOB. It just shows how one little smile or a few words really do take that experience to the next level. He needs a raise he needs health insurance. This guy needs all the training to be general manager because he’ll take that place above and beyond. Again he’s amazing and I now REFUSE to go to another Taco Bell. Thanks again Kevin!

Why do I have to ask for fresh anything? The chalula shells were HARD AS A ROCK! Totally inedible. I don't understand why you would serve this to anyone.

I usually don't have an issue. Empty restaurant. Walked in and I stood in their lobby for a good 5 minutes and NOBODY came round the counter. 3 people all on their phones in the back. I don't use the kiosk to order and it forces me to say something or use the kiosk. Extremely unsatisfied with this visit 😭
