Food was ok I obviously cant prove it but I am sure the ribs we were served were boiled. The only time ive seen ribs that have a solid grey color and absolutely no smoke ring, that literally fall off the bone has been from boiled ribs. My mom used to boil ribs and they looked identical to these. I've gotten into smoking, and for the last 12 years all my ribs have had a visible distinct smoke ring.
My wife went there for lunch. It's been awhile since we were there last time. It did not disappoint. The food was terrific, the service was excellent and the atmosphere was good. I had a full slab of ribs with beans, fries and garlic toast and it was very good. My wife has the brisket sandwich with fries. She was happy with her choice. We started with onion rings for an appetizer and they were delicious. We will definitely go back !

And one of the best BBQ sauces I love.
The rip tips are great.
The ribs are great.
The pulled pork is great.
I love the garlic bread wiith there home BBQ sauce on it.
They use teal.oak wood for the pit to smoke the meat.
I have been going there for 15 years or 16 yesrs, always happy there.
Looks great on the outside and lots of kool antiques decorating the inside.
