Idk if this Wendy’s is under new management. It used to be awesome, but 4 out of last 5 visits, they’ve messed up my order. Either missing fries, wrong sandwich, or no drink. And inside is closed, so have to go through drive through to correct. I’m gonna start going to different Wendy’s, I suggest you do the same.

Lady said that the system was down and couldn't take our coupons and on top of that, they were very rude about it... Doubt if I ever buy from this location. Burger King and Mc Donald's, here I come.. at least their food byle hot, and don't have issues with allowing their customers to redeem their coupons for their customers.... Take notes Wendy's!!! And get it together!!!

They forgot 4 of my sauces when I ordered off their website i’d understand if it was 1 but 4 is crazy. Then I had to call 3 times for them to pick up and the guy wanted to act like he just heard the phone ring. I asked him to give me a credit or refund or figure out away to give me my sauce and started laughing saying all I can do is give you extra sauce next time you order and hung up the phone in my face. I run a big corporated company as a General Manager and even for sauce we’d give a credit or refund the money for the sauce only very unprofessional, very untitled, worst customer service! Do better Wendy’s or get an actual General Manager so you don’t lose an everyday customer!

Incompetent staff, when a customer orders food without bacon then that’s what they meant and it doesn’t fix it to ask the customer to remove it themselves as the whole sandwich is ruined

Ordered online so we didn't have to wait as long, get there to pick up order and nothing was ready. We had been told that other orders from drive thru had more priorities. The woman was extremely rude, still had to wait over 25 minutes for the food as they had been taking care of other drive thru and walk In orders. Highly doubt a return to this wendys due the rude and inconsiderate employees working there. I mean really, the online order to save time, get there and have to wait additional 25 minutes for food as other customers ordered and left. I counted 9 cars in drive thru ordered and left and 6 walk Ins. I am going to yelp and all other review and social media platforms to tell people to not waste time at this location. The people are rude, extreme wait times, and the picking and choosing who gets food fast. The online service sucks, the employees are rude,

While the food tastes good, the service is quick, and the prices are low, this particular Wendy's, has regularly gotten my orders wrong, weather it be cheese on a burger I wanted plain, or just not giving me all the items I paid for completely. I always have to check if I got all my items and my orders right. It's cheap and good food, but just not consistent with getting your orders right.

This place is ridiculous. Very poor customer service and very unprofessional. Started with not being greeted, girl was so high at the window that she couldnt even function. Then i was overcharged, them refusing to give me a refund and then forgetting to give me my drink from my combo. And then when I called to speak to manager she was so rude, would not give me her name and literally stated it was my fault and wasn't her problem and she didnt care. And she went off at me, when they were in the wrong and used foul language and swore and then hung up on me. I mean this was totally insane, never have I ever. The food was cold, old and awful as well. Will never go back. Called corporate and I'm still waiting on a response. I still want my refund. As I had to throw the food out.

Why are the doors locked in the middle of the day but the app is still letting people order for inside pick up? Nobody wants to sit in your slow moving Drive-through line!
