The AI bored taking your order is absolutely terrible it does a great job of screwing up your order so you can clarify with a person at the window and delay the entire process.

This Wendy has the WORST customer Service I have ever seen!!! Just unbelievable the management Especially John !!! They need to take care of the customers First not Apologize after you go to Another Wendy’s to get your food and call back for John’s Information because your calling corporate. And he Still wants to Argue and tell you he’s got 25 years Experience time for a career change honey !!!!

Edit- wow, this is an incredibly old review. Let's update it. I visited Monday evening, and I have to say, this particular Wendy's has really turned things around. I love the burgers, but service at the Wendy's near me had dropped off quite a bit in the past year or so.

That said, my last few visits have been great. The cashier at the the drive thru window has been incredibly courteous and always makes sure I have a drink carrier if I have two or more drinks in my order. The voice recognition ordering doesn't mess up my orders anymore either. I actually look forward to a late night visit to Wendy's now!

I have been a frequent customer for many years and, by and large, have had few problems, and love the food. Then my last two visits introduced me to ordering via AI. The first visit was with the old order screen display and Today's, was with an upgraded order screen. On the first visit the Ai didn't allow me to correct them when they added mayonnaise and onions to my burgers that I didn't want and told me to move on to the payment window. Of course with a line of cars waiting I couldn't change the order without pulling around to the front and waiting again. Today with the new AI order display screen things seems to go better and I completed my order on the display for a burger with just lettuce and tomato. Then when I got home, you guessed it, my burger also had mayo and onions on it. Seems like even when the AI did it's job, the staff failed. I sure miss talking to a real person. :-(

Literally went inside this Wendy’s to get number 2 Dave double and double baconator…couldn’t even get full fries smh. I told the cashier fresh and she was such a robot couldn’t even focus. By far the worst Wendy’s have to drive out further because hickory hills isn’t it. Noticed the already done burgers sitting on the grill smh couldn’t get nothing fresh just lazy

You will wait minimum 10 minutes if you want coffee through the drive through. They will not give you packets of sugar, they will tell you they have to make the coffee for you. And don't ask for anything the AI doesn't understand. I asked for a large cup of ice, and I asked the lady again at the window. I received an attitude with my small cup. The employees are miserable and will treat you that way. It must be an awful place to work if they are that angry.
