3 strikes you're out. This is the third time my order was wrong. The first time I let it slide. The 2nd time I called and it took forever for a rep to come to the ph to tell me the manager said bring all the sandwiches back so they could make them correctly. No kind of comp for making them wrong in the first place. I was actually at the one in Countryside, IL because it is a new restaurant it didn’t show up and the location on Facebook so I guess it’s not available in Google maps yet. I must say that BUONA has improved their beef. It used to be greasy and peppery. But now it’s decent. I will however stick with Portillo’s. Their beef is much tastier and better and less expensive!
