I went back to Buona today because the manager, Ed, kindly gave me a coupon after a past order wasn't right. Since it had to be used in-store, I stepped out of my comfort zone and went inside instead of the drive-through. While ordering, the cashier insisted the code had to be in the app, even though I had told and shown him the message Ed had texted directly to me. That made me feel unheard, but thankfully Ed came over, remembered our conversation, and had the cashier put it in; it worked without a problem. After completing my order, I had to put on my headphones to self-soothe, because otherwise I would've left, and none of it, the coupon, the money, or even the food, would have mattered. The food came out quickly, and the woman who brought it out kindly made sure I got my cookie. I'm grateful for the kindness, but I just hope that in the future, customers can be heard the first time. Moving forward, I'll be sticking to the drive-through.

5 start for the food is always on point. Drive thru can be a bit long. Inside is always clean and getting clean which I greatly appreciate. Good place for meeting up and larger groups. Sometimes we meet up w 3-4 other families and there is more than enough space.

3 strikes you're out. This is the third time my order was wrong. The first time I let it slide. The 2nd time I called and it took forever for a rep to come to the ph to tell me the manager said bring all the sandwiches back so they could make them correctly. No kind of comp for making them wrong in the first place. This time sandwiches wrong and not prepared correctly even though the person recited my order correctly, and the receipt shows the order was correct, yet somehow the person making the sandwiches got it wrong. These meals cost too much to accept mistakes on orders. Train better.

The cheddar cheese beef was 🔥. And the woman at the drive thru was super friendly and welcoming. definitely coming back!

I've been eating here for years. The staff is super friendly and the atmosphere is awesome, but the pizza is terrible now! I've been eating here for 10 years or so now and use to LOVE the pizza, you could tell it was made in the restaurant. Now it taste like a frozen pizza. 😢 They should probably fix that.
Update: The service has gotten worse, and they changed their menu which in my opinion seems more lengthy and strenuous to order. The guy working the drive through was very smug. Lastly, I love how I get charged an additional $1 for cheese for my cheesy beef. Like why is there an additional cost for something that should come on the beef anyways?
