Went in Saturday placed a $6 meal order eat in . Saw a black employee go to the bathroom several times and not once wash her hands. Disgusting. On top of that was extremely rude. And made a mess every time she prepared a drink and didn't even bother to clean up after herself went directly to her phone. I am disgusted by her performance

I went thru the drive thru today. And didn't like the service the guy at the window did. I wish Jacky was at the window more. She is so kind and nice. Please put her back at the window. Everyone else there is so rude. She is the only one that stands out there.

I went Wednesday thru the drive. best experience ever from the newest crew member. From the was she greats you and hands over your order above and beyond. I asked The drive thru cashier her name. Jackie. Wow she was extremely kind and caring such a change from the rude and bad service the other girls always give. Always rushing you and the attitude. But Jackie was so nice and positive attitude. I wish jackie was always at the window more. Jackie you are one of a kind. Hope to see more of you at the drive thru window.
