Super rude staff horrible attitudes I was waiting for my food to long took 30 minutes for some hashbrowns and egg sandwich they kept laughing thinking everything was a joke don’t go here if you want the rudest staff and 30 minutes for little food

If I wanted only milk I could had just ordered milk. I ordered Iced matcha from my regular location at Hillside Wolf Rd, and I will not be going back! They only sprinkled matcha, didn't even have flavor, and it tasted like freaking milk mixed with water. It was gross! I ordered this in the morning, and they still made me wait 10 minutes for my order. Absolutely disgusting.

The employees are always rude, no matter the time of day. I ordered a large caramel macchiato, and my cup is half coffee, half foam, with no caramel. It's pretty gross & disappointing, but i shouldn't be surprised because I've always had a 1 star experience

Sadly the establishment is going down… the owners of this place if they are still the same were very nice I used to work for them over 10 years ago and the customer service provided today by their employees is nothing near how I and others greeted ppl.. todays ppl in here are very rude like they don’t want their job very dry over the intercom is there anything else you say something anything else is there response it’s sad and I hope they clean house because the drive thru worker today definitely don’t deserve her job
Ordered on the app 15 mins before I got to the location. When I got there I was the only on there and my order wasn't ready. I got my order 15 mins later. Very slow service.

I attempted to tell a young lady working there that she had money hanging out her back pocket. I said, “Excuse me…” She immediately responded, “Don’t talk to me. Talk to one of them.” When I was again telling her about HER money, she says “I GOT YOU! I CAN’T TALK!” This same young lady also addressed her co-worker saying, “Nigga! You can’t comprehend?? Use your senses! They want a raspberry tea! You have to make the tea!” I will never go to this location ever again!
