During the weekend you are expected to rent lanes by the hour instead of per game. Good quality lanes but the services are very poor

I booked a bowling event for a Family Night for a local school. John and the team did an AMAZING job helping plan and host nearly 100 students and their families. This event went seamlessly because of the staff at Hillside Bowl. The venue was clean, with enough space and seating, it had ample parking. It was a great value for an evening of pizza, soda and bowling. Shoe rental and check-in was efficient and easy for families. The staff was friendly and offered assistance with bowling balls, shoes or even entering names in the system for bowlers. Thanks again Hillside Bowl!

Sometimes good. Place is infested with leagues. Staff can be rude from time to time at the counter primarly the female. The lanes are great though.

Folks in the pro shop are the best. Great advice for first timers and seasoned bowlers. I only get my balls drilled and maintained here!

Did not know that they stopped taking entry at 11:45pm. We arrived at 11:49 and they would not allow us to enter. I did not see anything about 11:45 online. First visit in Chicago and I'm definitely disappointed in this place.

We rented the boutique hall for my son no longer being on earth in vision so Hillside Bowling Alley “John” and crew Thank you again.
