Overall good experience. Pizza was amazing, as always. They were busy so maybe not the most attentive as they would normally be without elevated traffic but Mt Pizza was ready earlier than expected (which was good) and I love the new soda machine where they offer different diet/zero flavors beyond Coke Zero!

The food was great, good flavor and portion sizes however a little pricey (imo). Had to wait over 5m to pour my soda as there’s only one soda machine inside but nice staff, attentive.

Walked in for a bite after a flight and was pleasantly surprised. Had a personal size (8"?) pie with pepperoni, jalapenos and pineapple (I know, shut up), but it was really hot, fresh and delicious. Service was prompt and friendly, and it was very clean and well maintained. Staff was responsive and very pleasant. Its small and I didnt see beer (a pizza must!), but would still recommend. Great little find.

I LOVE the frozen pizzas but there is no restaurant anywhere near where I am in Florida. I thought it'd be great to try the fresh, authentic thing while I was visiting the Chicago area. We ordered delivery to the hotel room - with fees and tips, paid like $30 bucks for this one "10 inch" - heavy emphasis on the quotations - heart shaped pizza with 6 slices. The buttery crust flavor was EXACTLY the same as the frozen pizzas! But it was dissapointing because the crust was too soft. Cooking it at home gives you control over your crispiness level so overall, imo you are MUCH better off saving your "dough" (haha, couldn't resist!) and sticking to the grocery store frozen versions of Home Run Inn. Also I asked for napkins online and received none.

Pre-ordered a big carry-out order. Went to pick it up at scheduled time, wasn't ready had to wait an additional 10-15mins. Got home only to realize they didn't give me my pizza. I called in to let them know...only thing I was offered was a store credit or to come back and get my pizza. I went with the latter option which the person over the phone only offered a complimentary brownie or cookie not even an apology. I got there 15mins later only for the "cookie or brownie" to not be ready and was told I could get a cupcake from the fridge area. Really disappointed tonight.

Take n Bake such a treat. So delicious we ordered 3 to share with a good friend for a no cook night. Our surprise was a real delight, our friends said its their favorite pizza. Lunch was delicious and sharing the take and bakes was made my day. BTW buy a gift card. It comes in a mini pizza box as the gift card holder!!
